I called to see if they were taking new clients and when I told them my insurance they put their hand over the phone and paused, then I was told no. Just not very professional at all.

Very knowledgeable and nice. Had to get multiple things done (crown, fillings) and my entire experience was very good. The doctor made everything comfortable and quick, even the shot (which is always the worst) was made painless and quick for the wusses out there like me.
