Great experience, from the scheduler Rosie who filled my 8 am request from a cancelation, to the extremely knowledgeable hygienist with many recommendations and advice Rachel, and Dr. Miller who is very personable and knowledgeable with his work.

Jacqueline Richmond, you should be ashamed of yourself and your practice! I came to your practice with hope to find a caring dental staff and ended up with a hygienist that didn't want to clean my teeth, then shows me the door. I get a letter in the mail saying that our patient doctor relationship has broken down and you don't want me to come back- well, I'm certainly not coming back! If you don't want to help people, you're in the wrong business! Do better!

I was a patient here last year when I needed extensive dental work done. It was a scary undertaking at age 25 but I am so glad I had that work done here. My gums were in bad shape, but with Melissa the hygenist's care, attention, and encouragement, my new dentist now says my gums are better than 9/10 people he sees. The entire team here is so fun and friendly, and the atmosphere rocks. Since moving I honestly don't ever expect to find a dentist's office I like more than this one!

I went here twice for cleanings, nothing crazy. My second visit I was told I needed to replace an old filing. I agreed to the procedure because it was already something I was considering. The new filing wasn't shaped correctly and gave me tooth pain for four months. I came back in to have them adjust it and was there for 30 minutes max; bit on a bite strip and had the filing filed slightly. I was charged again to fix their initial work. Adjusting a filing that was placed by the office is something I've not been charged for at other offices. I go to Lowery for my dental services now.

I would NOT recommend this office. I went for a cleaning and told them to do NOTHING my insurance wouldn't cover. The hygienist agreed to such. She started the procedure of checking my gums which took an eternity. She then stated I had gaps of 6 - 8 in my gums and I needed to buy one of their hydro-flossers. I floss everyday and previous hygienists have stated gaps of 2 - 4. Then, she went to get the dentist whom I NEVER saw. They then sent me a bill for $83.00 even though I stated to do NOTHING outside of insurance. She never even cleaned my teeth was my original intention of going!!! I saw many clients walking out with their hydro-flosser. This is a racquet. EXTREMELY disappointed!!!

As someone who severely struggles with dental anxiety, I did not think it would ever be possible to enjoy my time at the dentist. The staff here made me feel so valid and really listened to my experience. They talk through everything they are doing, pause when I ask, and remind me that I am in charge/allowed to stop if I am uncomfortable at any time. My last visit, I sat through a couple fillings anxiety free! Dr. Richmond and her staff are wonderful- Would definitely recommend!

I struggle with anxiety and also have had some tough experiences at the dentist in the past. This has made it challenging for me to schedule dentist visits even when I know I really need to! I have now had three visits at Family Dentistry, including some deep cleaning that had me feeling really nervous, but the folks here were super understanding, patient and intentional. I felt really supported through my experience and really appreciate that they took my anxiety seriously / listened to me! It feels really relieving to know I have a place that I will want to continue to come to for dental care.

I love this dentist. I mean I don't like dental work but I love this dentist. All the cleanings and work I've had done is very detailed and wonderfully nice. From the front desk staff to the actual dentist. It's a good spot.

You just can't find a place like this very often. Jackie and her whole team, from the front office to the hygienists and everyone are so fun, wonderful to talk to, and have created an environment that is somewhere between a stylish home and a beautiful office. If you have any fear of dental visits, they are warm and take great care to make sure you are super comfortable throughout. I've gotten cleanings, fillings replaced or upgraded from previous dentists work, and went through the whitening process (lots of compliments on my teeth since). I happily recommend!

I enjoyed my entire expereince at Family Dentistry at City Park. The team is great; from the caring and friendly office staff, to the professional service provided by Dr Richmond and the awesome team of hygienstists and assistants. Highly recommend!

Dr. Richmond and her team are the best Denver has to offer. Dr. Richmond is highly skilled, knowledgeable in the latest in dentistry, and generous with her time, explaining her work and what is best for you. The support staff are welcoming, excellent technicians (very gentle), and respectful. Additionally, Dr. Richmond provides cosmetic facial procedures-what a wonderful addition to a terrific practice! I wouldn't go to any other dentist.

Such a great experience! Very chill atmosphere and excellent thorough work. I put off going to the dentist for years because of negative experiences. This experience at Family Dentistry was wonderful. Highly recommend this place for dental work! So happy to have a dentist that I love.

I wish this could be my forever Dentist. We're moving out of state, but I couldn't recommend Dr. Richmond and her staff any more. The hospitality here is genuine. Shout out to Mel for the fantastic and wonderful care!

I never thought I'd say this, but I loved going to the dentist at this office. Dr. Richmond and her entire staff is so friendly and are the greatest group of people you'll ever meet. They are very knowledgeable and caring. I love that they call and check up on you after every procedure that they do. I absolutely recommend this dentist's office to anyone!!

Dr. Richmond and all associates work extremely well together as they provide some of the best customer service that I've seen in quite awhile. I always feel cared for and not just another dollar sign walking through the door.

The dental hygienist was great! Dr. Richmond contradicted herself a couple times and at the end of the appointment told me she was really starting to feel all the drugs she had taken earlier that day. She said her body has been itching so she took two Benadryl and three other drugs hoping one of them would help. My appointment for a cleaning took 2 hours. I did not feel comfortable at this office and am finding another dentist. It took me over a week and countless phone calls to get my dental records and x-rays sent over to my new dentist. Patients are entered into a drawing for teeth whitening for leaving Google reviews.

I really like this dentist office. Everyone is super nice and most importantly, Dr. Richmond is great. As someone who gets anxiety at the dentist, she does a fantastic job keeping me informed and calm. Definitely recommend
