Dr. Schneider was born and raised in the Western New York area and is a graduate of Niagara University. Prior to attending dental school, Dr. Schneider completed graduate research work in Oncology at Roswell Park Memorial Hospital. He graduated from Case Western Reserve University School of Dentistry in Cleveland, Ohio in 1990. Immediately following dental school Dr. Schneider was employed with the Geneva B. Scruggs Community Health Care Center at ECMC. Dr. Schneider is a CEREC specialist and has been using CEREC computerized cad-cam technology since 2002.
Dr. Schneider was the first dentist in the Olean Allegany area to offer this advanced technique to his patients. With 10 years of experience and thousands of restorations, Dr. Schneider has been able to provide advanced care with this one visit procedure. Dr. Schneider is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry.
He is also a member of the New York State Dental Association, the Cattaraugus County Dental Association and the 8th District Dental Society. He is also a member of The Academy of Computerized Dentistry of North America with his international training as a CEREC specialist. Dr. Schneider has continued with the advances permitted by computerized dentistry and CEREC technology. He provides cosmetic applications including ceramic veneers and ZOOM whitening as well as tissue contouring, utilizing advanced laser technology.
I grew up in Bradford, PA and went to Bradford Area High School. After graduation, I attended The University of Pittsburgh at Bradford, and Erie Community College where I earned an Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene in 2004. I joined the Family Dental Wellness Team in the spring of 2013, but have been working in the dental field for 10 years now! I love working with all age groups and enjoy getting to know each and every patient. It is a goal of mine to make sure everyone that sits down in my chair is comfortable and at ease & understands the connection between oral and systemic health! I still live in Bradford, PA and when Im not working I enjoy being outside during the summer swimming, and working on my house. I always enjoy time spent with my friends, family and pets.
I currently reside in Port Allegany, PA. My father was in the navy so I grew up a military dependent and moved around frequently, I call the state of VA my home, I was born there and after several moves I ended up back there where I graduated High School. I have two sons who are very involved in wrestling so we spend most of our weekends traveling to wrestling tournaments all over. My hobbies include kayaking, camping, fishing, and visiting wineries. We also have a chocolate lab, her name is Cabela.
I joined Dr. Schneiders team on August 5th, 2014. My primary responsibilities include direct patient care. I am one of our hygienists that take care of the cleaning and gum therapy needs of our regular patient base in addition to educating the patients on their overall health.
Although Ive only have been working for Dr. Schneider for a short time I love the atmosphere in this dental office, everyone is great! I absolutely love what I do. Working with the patients has strengthened my commitment to my career. I am a 2008 graduate from Monroe Community College where I have earned a degree in applied science in Dental Hygiene. Through the years I have developed a better understanding of the dental field and have a stronger commitment to educating the public on the importance of their overall health. When Im not at work enjoying time with my patients, Im at home enjoying time with my two sons.
Born and raised in Olean, NY I am a graduate of Olean High School. I spent a brief period of time in North Carolina where I first began gaining experience in the dental field as a dental assistant. After returning to the area I worked for a local practice as a dental assistant. I ultimately left the practice to join my family in developing a local business. During this time, I returned to school, attending SUNY Jamestown Community College. Upon completion, I pursued my dream of becoming a Dental Hygienist and was accepted into the Dental Hygiene program at SUNY Erie Community College where I earned an Associates degree in Dental Hygiene. In the spring of 2017 I graduated with honors, and am a proud member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. Since then I have been practicing in the Twin Tiers Region. I have been fortunate to work with some amazing people who have helped me develop and hone my skills as a Dental Hygienist.
I am excited about joining the team at Family Dental Wellness because we share many common goals. With a holistic approach, I believe it is so important to teach patients about the oral- systemic connection and supply them with the education, techniques and tools to make them healthier overall. It is important to me to spend the time educating patients about oral health so that together we can become a stronger, healthier community!
I currently reside in Pennsylvania where I was raised. I graduated from Otto-Eldred Jr Sr High School and obtained my bachelors degree in Biology from the University of Pittsburgh in 2016. In 2015, I started as Dr. Schneiders intern because my dream was to become a dentist. In June of 2016 I was offered a position and was excited to be a part of his team! I absolutely love dentistry and Im always excited to learn new things about the field. After working with Dr. Schneider for several years, I decided to go back to school to obtain a degree in Dental Hygiene. This field of work is very rewarding as I love to see patients leave our office with not only a healthy and happy smile, but also a healthy body!
Hello, my name is Arshil. I'm a Texas transplant. I graduated from TX School of Business in 2011. I have been a Registered Dental Assistant for 8 years and I am currently working on becoming a CDA (Certified Dental Assistant) in New York State. I enjoy all aspects of dentistry especially Orthodontics and I am passionate about working with prosthesis patients. I always strive to make my patients feel at ease during the procedures. I'm honored to be part of this outstanding team and looking forward to working with all of our patients.
I recently moved to Olean at the beginning of 2019. I'm still getting acquainted with the area and the cold climate! I like being active and being outdoors. I like playing tennis, hiking, jogging and supporting my husband with his sports by being his #1 fan!
Hello, my name is Brooke Lord. I currently reside in Pennsylvania where I was born and raised. I graduated from Otto/Eldred Jr/High School in 2014. At the end of my high school era I was uncertain of what my purpose in life was. After taking a few years off I decided to go to school for Dental Assisting. My favorite thing about people is seeing them enjoy life and smiling. So, I thought what could be a better job than getting to make patients feel comfortable in their own smile every single day.
In September of 2017 I graduated from the Dental Assisting program at Boces in Olean, NY. I am certified in CPR, infection control, and Radiation Health and Safety. I have now been a Dental Assistant for a little over two years now. I joined the Family Dental Wellness family in September of 2018 and I am so excited to get to work with such an exceptional team.
I am originally from the Buffalo area. In 1990 Bernie and I moved to Allegany, where together we raised our three children and grew our practice. We have worked together for over 25 years, weaving a nice balance of both of our talents. I look forward every day to spending my time with a team of compassionate and dedicated dental health professionals. When Im not in the office, I enjoy gardening, creating art, reading and yoga. I think I speak for both of us when I acknowledge our favorite way to spend time is with our children and grandchildren.
