Family Dental Station is by far the best dental office I've been to. From the welcoming environment to the latest techniques & technology using the most current equipment. I have some complex issues and I completely trust them.

My first time in was wonderful I had a crown on a front tooth at the bottom the Novacaine shot was just amazing no pain she really cared. I was early but they took me anyway I don't expect that treatment all the time but today it worked out great. And then I came back at 11 for my cleaning I hope I have a place for life everybody and there was nice

It used to be my dental clinic but not anymore. Dr Arthur is nice and patient, Suzan front desk lady is also kind and easy to talk to but Stacy is the rudest one. I canceled my appointments twice a day before due to work and other issues but the last cancellation was due to my husband's car accident that he miraculously survived and I told them that but Stacy said "you said accident the previous cancellation" I never said my husband was involved in a car accident before and I even told her that I could show her all the hospital's papers to prove that. And before this cancellation, a cleaning up follow us with one of their ladies from Glendale was there that day and she judged me a lot and literally said "your teeth are bad" and never cared about my anxiety and I shared that with the front desk and Stacy again her response was "we don't have people and your appointment was today so you had to see her" no apology and no kindness... I don't go for this clinic for free. I pay money and pay time and energy especially that I have anxiety of visiting the dental office so I decided to change the clinic to go for a better one where I'll be treated nicely.

I brought my 94 year old mother for a cleaning. The dental hygienist was thorough and took her time explaining how to improve Mom's dental health! She went above and beyond in her efforts to help us!
