I transferred my dental care over to Family Dental Spa and was blown away by the quality service their team provided upon my first visit. They have an amazing team who were attentive to my needs and did the Lord's work in bringing my teeth back back to great shape. I am so grateful to have had the pleasure of working with their staff and look forward to future visits. From the front office, to the hygienist and doctor, easily the best dental care I've received ever, will highly recommend to friends and family.

Good and friendly service. However, I had one issue. After I got my wisdom tooth extraction on Monday the professional didn't tell me what to do and not do. It was kind of sad honestly. They only told me a few things to avoid, however, I still had many questions. I had to look up most of my questions online and I got various answers which sort of confused me. For instance, I didn't even know that I'm not suppose to sleep with the gauze in my mouth and that I could take it out every 30 minutes (until the area stops bleeding). I also wasn't told how long to put on my ice pack which was disappointing. Update: I just called them and they told me a few things I could stop doing (for instance: removing the gauze and just letting it heal).

Had a huge infection and came in to get my tooth pulled . I'm not a fan of the dentist but I must admit the doctor came in and pulled my tooth without any pain . They are definitely the best of the best . The ladies at the front desk are amazing. The one with the glass is very beautiful and the one on the right side of the front desk is very funny they make a good couple . I would definitely recommend coming here

I discovered a broken tooth one night & made arrangements to look for a dentist that took my insurance. I looked at several & read reviews . I made a decision to choose Family Dental Spa of Brandon . I have had quite a few visits with them as to find I needed more work done than just one broken tooth. Every one in this dental clinic are super nice from the front desk , financial office , dental techs & dentist. They have performed excellent work on my teeth & I couldn't be happier anywhere else.

Updated as of 2020: The previous owner sold the business and I can no longer give Family Dental Spa five stars. It is now closer to two stars. The complete turnover has definitely hurt the business, IMO. The scheduling was difficult for me. I waited for over 25 minutes to be called back with an appointment. There was very little protection for patients (visit during COVID-19 pandemic 2020) and I was left sitting in the chair was my mouth wide open for a long time. It was not until I got up and asked for assistance that someone helped me. Thankfully I speak /understand Spanish and understood what I was being directed to do. I have found a new dentist and never returned to Family Dental Spa after Pre-2020: I have had nothing but great service at Family Dental Spa. Staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I've recommended several friends.
