Love the staff they are very friendly. Plus Dr Rene Osuala is one of the best dentist that has had worked on my teeth. Great Dentist great personality I highly recommend this office to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience when coming to this dentist office. It was my first time seeing one in many many years. When I first arrived to the office I had to fill out some routine forms, but I was pleasantly surprised with how swiftly they were able to see me (considering I was a walk-in and not an appointment). The assistants/hygienists were all really kind and had great personalities. The doctor himself was also very kind and incredibly informative during my visit. They spoke to me about all my options, and were transparent about costs and so on. I enjoyed my experience, and am grateful to have stumbled upon this practice.

Usually find good appointments (even during an emergency one) and the time flies there.. Very good service and professionals. My whole family goes there and we don't see it as scary or uncomfortable..at contrary, my 4y old daughter loves to go find is waiting for her 6M cleaning. Greatly recommended.

Hello! I'm new to the area and I needed a dentist asap! (Cracked tooth) . Rene Osuala came to the rescue, not only did he squeeze me in that same day, but the work time and effort he put in on fixing my tooth was worth the wait. I'm an inpatient person, (bad habit if mine) but if you want things done the right way, patience is key. Dr. Osuala and his awesome staff were amazing and the sweetest. I can say I found my permanent dentist!

My partner and I have been coming to see Dr.Osuala for a little more than two years. Unfortunately scheduling management/front desk employees have made our experience time and time again frustrating. It seems that every time we have an appointment set- the week of said appointment, they'll reschedule and do that an additional two or more times. We've held out this long because Dr.Osuala is always incredibly helpful and great at what he does, but today was the last time we make an effort to come here. We originally had our appointment set for June, now its August and one of us was rescheduled today. I've never gone to any healthcare provider that schedules their appointments like this. Prior to quarantine, when we'd finally get to our appointments we'd sometimes wait two hours to get called. Which makes me think this is a front desk/scheduling problem.

I confirmed with them twice if my extraction was approved and they said yes, comes time for the appointment and it turns out they didn't even send the x-rays I took in the first visit to the insurance. They were like, "we meant extraction is generally approved, we weren't being specific to your case" Even though I was in both times very clearly asking about my case for my appointment for my extraction??? They wanted me to take another set of x-rays so they send it to the insurance with "approval not guaranteed", two months after they were supposed to. When I told them I had spoken to another dentist who guaranteed approval for my extraction, the doctor was like "you are wasting our time". Excuse me, you had me come under the impression of doing an extraction and it turned out you didn't do your job, who's wasting who's time??

I've been Going to Dr Rene for 3 yrs I am very Comfortable and Satisfied with his Dental Practice ,,, The Staff is Very Proffesional as well as the Doctor I recommend his Services 5 !!
