If you have anyone on Medicaid this place is not for them. They are committing Medicaid fraud. I brought my 76 years old mother there in pain this people careless but but they said Medicaid is paying 35% I called Medicaid they said it's fully covered. This people will charge you and always charge your insurance.They should be investigated and closed down.

Worst dental office experience in my life. After an X-ray in the spring, I had an awful back injury and was not able to get my root canal done. I was worried about infection and called multiple times to explain that I was unable to come in, sit, or drive, they insisted I visit them. At the visit no one looked in my mouth, no doctor spoke to me, and they charged me $70 to write a prescription. They insisted I visit, didn't do anything, and charged me money, on top of the money I spent on Uber. When I called to get the xray transferred to another office, they didn't answer the phone despite being open. I had to drive there and insist they send an email with my X-rays, and explained that I was upset about how they treated me. They knew I couldn't drive, sit and was barely walking, yet they insisted I come in, only to do nothing and I felt they took advantage of a sick person. They were rude, did not apologize or even accept the feedback. While I was at the first visit another patient could be seen/heard complaining because she was waiting for 2 hours. There are open windows between patient rooms, which is not only dangerous for covid to spread, but also allows for no privacy. I would not recommend going here.

She is she's extremely honest Doctor she knows what needs to be done very experienced and very professional and she really cares about us and we get the appointments whenever we need it .very Dr very sweet & humble friendly environment with all advance equipments very clean office and friendly staff .She makes sure everything is correctly done.she does whatever needed only .I went to several Dentist no one can compete her in dentistry world all the advanced procedures are done. Dentist implants orthodontist route canals crowns cosmetic surgeries is done under One roof only very few places have all this facilities and very professional manner always smiling making sure everything is done properly.I love her honesty. no one can compete her in dentistry world . Her charges are very nominal compared to the other dentist . Thank you Dr Susan. we all love you God bless you.

I went here to get a root canal and the dentist Susan gave me very good care and she is such a nice person. This place is very friendly and I always go here, they have been very helpful, thank you Susan.

I have been seeing Dr Susan for the past 14 years, the experience was tremendous. Atleast 2 times a year I'm visiting her for my routine check up. All surgical extraction of my wisdom tooth happened here within the past 3 years, I had a great experience in doing those. Recently I have done 4 implants in my upper jaw, everything went fine. Now I have a new smile. I definitely recommend her to everyone. This is one of the complete dental office, where they don't refer out anybody for any major works. Wishing her all success ahead.

Excellent services and exceptional center on the relational perspective. Dr. Susan and her team have given to my family a detailed and accurate description of every treatment, what other treatments will be required and the best steps to maintain a good oral hygiene. Dr Susan is my Dentist forever, I have only positive comments to say about her. I'm 65 years old and she has done all my major dental work. I'm so happy about her, all my family including my children and grand children are her patients. All my family and friends are happy with her. The important factor that I love her is that all Dental procedures are done in her office. I definitely recommend her to everyone.

I I know Dr.Susan for the past 27 years. First time I met her through my friend while she was working in Elgin office. I haven't seen a doctor who is such knowledgeable about all dentistry and such a good behavior anywhere else . She takes her time to explain every aspect of my concerns and make sure I understood about my concern. I Have been coming to Family Dental practice in Glenview for the past 15 years since they opened, eve though I live in Elgin and I have recommended Dr. Susan to all my family , friends and Syero Malabar Church.I know all my Friends from church are still coming here, the main reason for everyone coming here is that all Dental Procedures are under one Umbrella. Once a person comes here He or She doesn't have to go anywhere else for any dental procedure includes Oralsurgery, Periodontics. Ortho. Dental Implant, OralfacialTMJ etc.,It is like a one stop for all procedures. My kids were very satisfied by the braces too.

Everything is done here! I got 2 implants here, my wife got her wisdom tooth removed, and all 3 of my kids got their braces done here. All the procedures went effortlessly. I have been going here for the past 10 years, and i have never had an issue.

I visited this place for the first time for my wisdom tooth removal. The doctor is very friendly and the rooms are very clean. I would highly recommend to those in and around glenview !!!

This was my first time, I had a very good experience with the appointment. First of all, the front desk people were so professional and welcoming and they help me out to fill all the forms, clarifying all my doubts. Once I completed the form the Doctor had seen my right away. The dental room and atmosphere was very clean and welcoming. While I was explaining my dental problem to her , she was patient enough to listen to me entirely. I was highly impressive about her dental knowledge while I was talking to her. She took a full mouth X-Ray and pointed out all my dental needs and started with my root canal same day, it was a painless and pleasant experience. Then they give me appointments for next procedures to be done and they really did help me out with my payments. I'm very happy with this experience and I recommended my friends to go there.
