I had a root canal in September They never called back to schedule the capping of tooth. Ff to Oct 8 and I had to schedule emergency visit because I was in pain. Tooth that I had root canal on cracked and infected lost tooth. They're client management is terrible.

Absurd waiting time. Despite scheduling a appointment days in advance. I end up waiting several hours to be seen. Once in the chair they do good work but the scheduling is very disorganized.

I had a really good experience for my first time dealing with an extraction. I had a complete female staff that took very good care of me and made me feel very comfortable even when being in extreme pain.

I recently switched to Family Dental of Virginia and I am very impressed! The quality of care is amazing. The dentist assistant are patient, kind and awesome. The dentist was caring and made me feel very comfortable.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. STAFF WAS ARGUING WITH EACH OTHER TODAY. USING PROFANITY AND JUST VERY DISRESPECTFUL. I HAVE BEEN CALLING CORPORATE FOR A MONTH STRAIGHT AND THE VOICEMAIL IS FULL. MY CHART IS SCREWED UP EVERY TIME I GO TO AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE LAST 2 MONTHS. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND UNTIL THE OFFICE STAFF AND DENTAL ASSISTANTS ARE REPLACE. USE TO BE A VERY PROFESSIONAL OFFICE AT ONE TIME.
