I've been searching for months to find a dental office, where everyone is nice and pleasant. My dentist is awesome, he made me feel comfortable and at ease and explained everything that I needed to do to get back on track with my dental care.

I've been to family dental 2 times so far & the Dr. is great, he explained everything step by step, he also kept asking was I ok while my procedure I was having on my teeth. The staff is good too. The office is very clean. Great job to everyone there I will recommend them to anyone I no.

If I could leave no stars I would, this is how the treat senior disabled people!!!! Hand down worst dental office I've ever been in. Unprofessional staff who didn't care I asked questions about procedure as tech ignored my request to speak with doctor about it. Acted like she didn't hear me and was going to proceed anyway and when questioned I was told dentist was busy. When I got up to leave I was asked if I had a problem so I stayed the obvious and told her I was waiting a half hr in chair for her. She then told me to leave and said she'd escort me out. I told her she was being ignorant she said she wasn't then said get out!!!! While in there I heard dentist repeatedly telling someone not to move so that was my first clue something was up.

I really love the staff members they always treat their patience's with kindness and laughter. They do an awesome job with any type of job that's given to them. I will recommend everyone to go to them that need a dentist.

This was my first time going here but my last. The staff was nice but after my basic cleaning I had some issues with my mouth. I've never experienced this before had to go back and they said it would just go away. I don't know if it was a reaction to something or what but for a week after my cleaning my mouth at the bottom was irritated and sore.

Read the ENTIRE review PLEASE. Needed a tooth pulled, they said no because it was too infected. HOLD ON. They did the right thing and put me on antibiotics so when we do remove the tooth in 10 days, it will not be as painful. Blew my mind and VERY appreciative of that. Actually looking forward to coming back.

The office was clean, the people who worked there was nice, waited for about 45 minutes, 30 in the back and the Doctor was very pleasant to talk too. Thanks Family Dental of VA!! Be Blessed!!

Second visit to remove teeth in preparation for dentures. This visit was much more aggressive than the first visit. I was given two days worth of pain meds, but the crippling pain lasted for five days despite taking antibiotics and large doses of Tylenol. My dentist was sympathetic to my pain, but I suffered at a level I found mind-boogling. For four or five days, my life just stopped. I could not eat at all, and I lost eight pounds in one week. There has to be a better policy for handling massive bouts of pain after receiving such invasive dental work.

For the last four weeks since I was in the Hampton office to get 2 teeth pulled , I have been in agonizing pain because the dentist saw fit to drill into the top of my mouth and didn't say anything about it before he escorted me back to the front office ..I called and called and left 2to3 messages,but no 1 has responded yet...he even pulled the wrong tooth ....no one has reached out to me or my wife yet....what am I to do.

Waiting time too long the staff doesn't talk to you just look at you like why are you here I signed in and no one call me so I went to the disk and the older lady said when do you get here I said 20 minutes ago now it's 40 minutes waiting and still sitting here since noon and no one else was in the waiting area now it 6 people here and 3 kids just got called to the back that got here after me omg I need a new dentist I'm paying out of pocket

I really like this dentist office. Reception area was nice and clean. The wait time wasn't bad. The dentist was really nice and made me feel very comfortable. The dental hygienist, Diamond was really great and patience with me.
