We waited for an hour past our appointment time to be seen for 5 minutes and be told that the dentist doesn't feel comfortable working on my son because of his baby teeth. If you were uncomfortable working on a child, you need to have that on your website, or at least realize that when you see its a minor that needs an appointment. 0/5 5/5 for the lovely woman at the front desk. She was kind, helpful and had such a wonderful energy.

This dentist office is the most professionally ran business I have experienced in a long time. I made a call and was scheduled to come in the next day. The appointment was for my son who was looking for a dentist we could trust. Someone with a detailed eye who understood what we were looking for in treatment. The receptionist greeted us right as we walked in the door, gave us paperwork to fill out and then brought us back to our room right at the scheduled time of our appt. The dental assistant greeted us with the most amazing personality and communicated everything we would expect with the Dentist. She was sympathetic to the needs of my son and walked us through our options. The dentist came in and reiterated our options in the most professional way and kept my son's best interest in mind. We came to an agreement for the treatment and now we are going back in 2 weeks for fix the problem with my son's tooth. Hands down the most efficient appointment I have ever experienced.

Family Dental of Thornton is the BEST dental office, hands down! The staff is incredibly friendly, the dentists are honest and actually care about you as the patient, and never push you to do a procedure you're not comfortable with. I've had several dentists over the years, and have seen it all, Family Dental of Thornton is the real deal and I'll never go anywhere else. They truly care, and it's really refreshing! Couldn't recommend a better dentist if you live within 30-45 minutes, it's definitely worth the trip to have an honest and caring dentist practice!
