Excellent cleaning by Victor. Explained the process of X-rays and very thorough cleaning. Doctor was professional and answered questions. Highly recommend!

Dr. Teder is a very good Dentist. I drive over 20 miles to see her. I wouldn't have anybody else take care of my teeth. Her and her staff are wonderful! Thanks Dr.Teder!!!

The dentist is very good but the practice may be becoming too large. I came from NYC and had seen a family dentist is solo practice for over 40 yeras . I moved down to SWF in 2021 and tried to find a dentist. After trying at least 2 dentists I was recommended to this practice. There were varied issues but the latest one really irked me. My wife has an appointment for June 1 and I was there yesterday. I confirmed her appointment. This morning she received a phone call from the practice indicating that the provider will not be available on June 1 and she has to reschedule. They did not know this yesterday? I am very glad that the practice is thriving- but is this at the expense of patient care?

Dr. Teder, All was great. I love you guys. It does seem unreasonable that it takes 2-3 months to re book a teeth cleaning appointment, especially for patients that have been with you for an extended period of time. In my case, 5 plus years. Also, please remind clients that need to take meds when calling them the day before their appt. Thanks, Gus

I have been a patient of Family Dental for quite a few years. Dr. Teder is a very compassionate and caring dentist. She listens to your concerns and answers any questions you may have. The office staff are courteous and the waiting room and exam rooms are very clean. I feel comfortable and confident with the care I always receive.

I'm not real thrilled with my hygienist He waits too long before I can drain the water from my mouth. I asked him for the tooth paste for bleeding gums, his answer was I use this tooth paste (crest).i thought, my dentist and my previous hygienist told me to use parodontax. He should have just given me that. I really want my old hygienist back. I don't remember her name. She just did a great job cleaning my teeth. I love this dentist outside of that.

Dr Teder and her staff have always been friendly and professional. My questions have always been answered directly, and have been very informative. A root canal and crown was completed in a timely manner and with no complication. They offer a discount plan also, if suitable. I would recommend this practice to anyone needing a dentist to call their own!

I can't thank my dentist Dr. Teder for working me in promptly Monday morning taking care a much needed emergency root canal with not once feeling any discomfort during the procedure even putting my fears at ease after enduring so much pain over the weekend.

UPDATE: used to be good. Now we can't seem to get in for a regular cleaning. They messed up an appointment with my wife and can't get her rescheduled for 8 MONTHS. Sadly we will have no choice but to find another dentist. Very sad. ------- Been going there for a few years now. Great service. People nice, do a nice job. Can miss appointment times by 30 minutes or so so if you are freaked out by this kind of stuff you might get upset. Also can take some time to schedule in that they can be very busy in season. Front desk and billing people are very competent (which is not the case at many places these days). Have not had the doctor do anything major like a root canal or extract (that's next week). Will update on that later.
