I never really wait long to be taken back which is the biggest thing ever to me!!!!! I never I understood the point of an appointment when the doctor takes 30+ minutes to even see us! But if we're late we have to pay a fee & reschedule. Anyways. Gabby, I hope this is her name, the hygienist, is amazing. Every time I have her we have awesome conversation, she's personable. And Dr. Bharatkumar is 100% efficient & nice. I definitely recommend. BUT!!! The only thing that's ever happened is 6 months or a year ago (I can't remember exactly) I was told the fluoride treatment was covered by my insurance and I wouldn't owe anything. Turns out it wasn't covered and I did owe.

I absolutely love my dental office!!! Clean, courteous, friendly, efficient, I highly recommend them. Dr Kumar is excellent and so professional and friendly. Gabby, hygienist has become a special friend! No one really wants to go to the dentist but this office makes the experience a pleasure!!!

Questionable business practices. Treatment plans are never correct, they over charge so you don't owe them money but when they owe you money it takes forever to get it back. Current front desk people seem like they have no idea what they're doing.

Used to be great dental office now cancel cleaning that been scheduled for 3 months. Keep getting bills that I paid back in may. Can't leave office without paying My wife had crown lost temporary 2 times on third time was giving glue if it happened again (stupid). Husband waited 5 weeks for his crown. They lost there staff back in may. But no excuse for this type of service

Corporate office disgused as a family practice and all about the money. Revolving door for employees with 5 doctors in four years and a high turnover rate for hourly employees. While they make it seem like they genuinely care about you, all they care about is the bottom dollar. All good employees are fired for not fitting in with their status quo. You'll spend double the amount of time you need to in the office due to the doctor being triple booked and the hygienists being double booked with no help.

The hygienists here are always considerate and professional. They get the job done with kindness, speed, and proficiency. The dentists are knowledgeable and do not push unnecessary treatments on you which I appreciate.

Cares about you as a patient. Explains all procedures that they are going to be doing during your check up. Takes the time to educate you on dental and gum health. All my questions were answered when asked and they thought of some I missed to ask.
