I recently had a crown replaced by Dr. Ocampo. A short time later he left a message saying he was reviewing the Xrays and was no t happy with it. I returned and he worked diligently to install a new one for no charge. Of course, if he had not done this I would never have known. This was done during the pandemic when they have more business than can be addressed without a wait. This speaks of the integrity of Family Dental and is what I want most in a practicioner. Their office is equipped with state of the art equipment and both Doctor's are U of M Dental grads one of America's Best dental schools. I am leaving the area soon but will continue to return here to get my dental care.

Just started going here, had couple procedures done, all done with great abs gentle care. Staff are very friendly, keep up the great work!!

They took me on an emergency situation for a root canal and I was very appreciative as I wasn't even their former patient. Very happy with their thorough and professional care.

Family Dental has ALWAYS been friendly and professional with my family. My children have no complaints when going to the dentist!

There should be a time in the appointment when the charges for work are discussed. I learned after the work was completed about a $153 permanent filling in a tooth that was to receive a crown. I would not have agreed to it as I have had 3 broken crowns in the past which nessitated having said teeth removed. A permanent crown isn't going to do anything if the entire tooth breaks. I am NOT pleased with the lack of communication with regards to what charges a patient may expect. I normally have my dental work done in another city as I am quite fond of my dentist; however, this was an emergency situation and needed to be performed before his office could put me on schedule. I have never had crowns and root canals cost over $500 total. I will be returning to my dentist or using a new one after this work is completed.
