Most unprofessional experience I've ever had. Dr. Cerio verbally abused his assistant through the process of drilling my tooth, drilled dry so I could smell the tooth burning. Caused additional damage to tooth while filling then charged again separately to "repair" at which point he put an additional filling that only caused more discomfort to which the only advisement given was to brush teeth 4x a day and put toothpaste on it every hour... 3 weeks later the pain placed me in an emergency dentist apt for root canal

The staff were friendly and professional, but the dentist was very rude. At first I thought he was joking, but he would yell at us every time we went there. He referred my son to get braces and I set up an appointment with the orthodontist. Their office wanted to wait until more of his teeth came in before putting them on. The next appointment he literally yelled at me for not getting him braces yet. Then, after he got his braces, he told my son he wasn't brushing enough and he needed to brush his teeth 5 times a day. I finally switched to Valley dental and the dentist there said he was doing a great job cleaning his teeth.

Visiting Dr. Cerio for the past 20 Years, Such a professionalism and great Family atmosphere. They taking care of you 110%. More that ou need. I Recommended few of my friends and they can not thank me enough discovering Dr. Cerio. Clean, friendly and at the end we all are Happy. Highly Recommending Dr. Cerio for your FOREVER DENTIST

So after a couple months I had the experience of finally meeting the dentist himself, he delegates most of his work to the dental assistants. I am now less impressed with the dentist himself. Employees are way more professional than Dr.Cicero, he is very arrogant and misleading. When he finally arrived the disaster began. He turned out to be just another abusive dentist more interested in cash then quality. He fractured my upper jaw (maxilla) by removing two teeth causing a bony prominence what the oral surgeon has to cut back my gums to fix/grind down the bone to make my new teeth fit. This dentist is not qualified for proper removal of teeth or form fitting new teeth. Stay away, there are plenty of good dentist elsewhere. This guy told me 2 days and this whole mishap became 3 months plus another 3 months or so after the oral surgeon is done fixing the damage he did to my jaw. Run , run, run

The staff was wonderful from start to finish. The doctor and certified dental hygienist had very good mannerism and sense of humor. It also seems as if the team work among one another is very strong with frequent communication along with support for one another. I've had my share of dental providers and can not compare anyone else's service to this office. When COVID first began causing businesses to change their policies I was very upset that I was canceled for the practice to catch up on the initial cancelation, however regretted it after going to Valley Dental. Overall, I felt like I was treated well and everyone took their time with everything that needed to be done.

Dr. Cerio and his staff are THE BEST. The office is spotless and by far the most professional office I've been to. They are thorough and Doc always makes Sure all of your concerns are addressed. I wouldn't go anywhere else!!!!

I would highly recommend Dr. Cerio, I am extremely happy with his professionalism and with his whole staff from when you walk in the door everyone is pleasant and happy to help you. He explained everything to me and was good, quick and efficient and really a true gentleman.

Dr. Cerio and his all women staff destroy my teeth! If you are self pay! You get the bedt care in the world but if you got a medicaid plan, he will make sure he drill unnessary holes in your teeth to keep you coming back so the insurance can keep paying. He destroyed my teeth. Worst dentist ever!! Glad my family and i found a better, honest and caring dentist.

Excellent practice. They are extremely careful in following CDC guidelines. The staff are caring and skilled. Dr. Cerio is top notch in my book.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr Cerio's office. The receptionists are all wonderful, friendly and are very accommodating to your schedule to get you in for appointments or for emergency appointments. The whole staff is fantastic from cleanings, wisdom tooth removals, fillings and root canals. They answer any and all questions that you have and they always make sure to give you any and all information that you need after a procedure is done. Rebecca is especially phenomenal, caring, intelligent, attentive and has great bedside manner. After coming to Dr Cerio's office I will never go to another dentist again. Dr. Cerio is extremely polite, intelligent, helpful, very knowledgeable and knows exactly what he's doing as a dentist. I have never felt so well taken care of and so much better about my teeth and actually knowing what's going on with them until I've gone here to his Office. There will never be enough thank you's for giving me my smile back again. Thank you for always hitting me with your best shot

I had one wisdom tooth removed today 03/13/2020. I can't say enough about Dr. Cerio and his practice! They are absolutely all around fantastic and fabulous! Dr. Cerio pulled my wisdom tooth in literally 2 seconds. No exaggeration either! No pain, no waiting what seems forever, no issues. Both Dr. Cerio and his assistant made sure I understood the cleaning process and dos and donts before I left. I highly recommend Dr. Cerio and his practice. They are the best!

Called to make a appointment for a broken root canal the dentist who owns the practice was extremely rude on the phone and wouldnt give me a answer for the question I had 10 out of 10 will not recommend anyone goes here
