I love my dentist Dr Calloway she is so gentle and so nice to talk you. She pulled two teeth and I didn't feel anything. She was done and I didn't realize she had even pulled them. I have recommended two other people to her.

My experienced at Family Dental Group was really great. Special thanks to Waj'd , she made my daughter's first braces experience comfortable. She explained everything we needed to know. Very helpful.

I was a patient there for ten years when a new receptionist told me that I could not go back to regular cleanings after a deep periodontal cleaning. I called my insurance company and they said that was absolutely untrue and all I should have had to do was sign a waiver. Needless to say, I have switched dentists because the staff was dishonest with me.

My experience with Family Dental was unpleasant. The front desk receptionist was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. I had a procedure done that wasn't effective, which the dentist himself wasn't satisfied with the outcome and told myself and the front desk receptionist to waiver my cost. The receptionist still charged me for the procedure and was becoming irate when I questioned why? She began to tell me that I could take my business elsewhere since I was unhappy. She also made it very clear that I had a past due balance that had to be paid or I couldn't schedule another appointment. I informed her that I had no problems making a payment. She said why bother its been since 2019. She then at that point refunded my full payment. I will never take my business or recommend anyone to be affiliated with this Dental Facility.
