Professional, reassuring and great customer service. They actually listen to you and address the issues of concern, as requested. I am quite pleased with the service that was provided by the dentist, assistant and receptionist.

Dental assistant Karmiesa if I'm spelling her name correctly was very nice and friendly I'm a very anxious person she calmed me down very well during wisdom teeth extraction , Dr.Richard was very nice also and was very delicate with me

Needed Tooth pulled sent me home so they could try to get more money from insurance company. Now I got to wait to see what insurances company going to do. Haven't even been there during this new physical year. And I know I'm covered under my insurance plan.

Had an abcessed tooth and a broken tooth, they took care of infection and 2 weeks later came back for dual surgical extraction, was in and out in under 30 minutes.

I wish I could rate them more than 5 stars. I've been experiencing extreme pain because of my wisdom tooth and I came into the office with no appointment or prior phone call regarding my condition. The super nice receptionist Janice took care of me and I was seen by Dr.Robinson within 10 minutes with no appointment!! He explained my X-ray to me & was very thorough and nice. I love this place!

I give them two stars. I had some wisdom teeth removed from here. Instead of the dentist making a medical decision and not removing one because it was too close to a major nerve (which he didn't explain it to me beforehand), he did a coronectomy on one of them (removed the tooth down to its nerve) and it is now starting to become irritated as if it's making an attempt to push through the gums. He charged me full price for the coronectomy when he could have simply just LEFT it alone. So now I if it actually does push through, I'll have to pay someone else to remove it. He chose MONEY over what was best for me. Which it doesn't surprise me. They recently received the last payment for their service and I couldn't be happier to be finished with them. I wouldn't recommend Cujo the dog to these people, let alone MY dog....So that means I wouldn't recommend ANY HUMAN to these people if my life depended on it

It was my first visit to the Family Dental Group and I was really impressed with the friendliness, efficiency, and concern of all the people I met. Starting with the setup of an appointment only the day before, the scheduler put in the effort to identify possible slots that became available due to cancellation. At check-in, I was welcomed by a friendly lady who handled the necessary paperwork. Once checked in, I met Ronda, the hygienist who took me through the x-ray procedure and explained procedures with great compassion. During the cleaning, she focused on minimizing discomfort (though there was none) . Dr. Wells performed a thorough check-up and addressed any of the questions/concerns I brought up. Conclusion: I think this is the first time I felt at ease at a dentist. Happy to have found the Family Dental Group!

I've been coming here for 30yrs, minus some time living across the state. Consistently this office has met every regular or emergency need I have had!! I recently had an emergency and they called in medication and had me in the office the next day, quickly determining the issue and providing a resolution. The front office staff is awesome at scheduling regular and emergency visits, and making sure your needs are taken care of. The Docs and Nurses are thorough and gentle and care about the patient. I wouldn't think about going anywhere else!

I have been going to Family Dental for more than 6 years and always had a great experience. My greatest experience was when I had two implants put in. I was expecting an awful experience but it was such an easy process and put my faith back into dentists. The staff is very nice and friendly and that makes it even better whenever you're there for any services. This is a good place for all of your dental needs. Everything is done on site and you don't have to wait for weeks to have your dentures or other dental needs repaired or made. Great place to go.

Words can't describe how great this dental office is. My first visit was in 2009. I haven't been to another office since. They have premier customer service. They make you feel so comfortable. This place gave me my smile back. I love this place. God bless and keep up the great work..

The staff at Family Dental are friendly and professional. Their dental services are outstanding and it is a very pleasant environment. Dr. Robison and Char his assistant communicate well with their patients and make the dental experience comfortable while delivering outstanding results and services. I love this place!! Dentist Dr.Robison/ Dr. Richards are so pleasant , and all of the hygienist. Even the front desk receptionist . I love it here 6 years strong!!

Family Dental Group is a great place to go for your dental needs. The staff is kind and courteous. I have been there twice and have had a good experience each time with teeth cleaning. Wait times are not long as well which is a big plus for me. I will get more work done to update my smile due to the affordable cost as well. I enjoy going to the dentist again.
