The service there is very slow. And they take forever to call you back to sit in the chair. They need more doctors that's all I can say.

NO Stars.... SMH.. Let's just be clear on one thing. The actual dentist (African American woman) accused me of practicing voodoo on my teeth. SHE asked me what I was doing to treat my inflammation etc, on a tooth that is cracked.... my answer was turmeric and black pepper mixed together with a little water. ( By the way, the tincture actually did remove inflammation, pain and strengthened the root so much that I never needed to take anything for pain...to date!!!!) but how did she know it was voodoo????? Her TOTAL UNPROFESSIONAL treatment paired with rude untimely attempt to do her job leaves me with no other choice but to go somewhere else. This was my second visit here. Both times, I sat and had to wait over an hour to be seen! THERE IS NO HYGIENIST ON THE PREMISES APPARENTLY BECAUSE THE CLEANINGS ARE DONE WITH A TOOTHBRUSH, FLOSS and TOOTHPASTE! I was told that I would only get a true cleaning upon request???????????? Meanwhile, the dentist did my cleaning in under 10 minutes on several teeth but definitely made me feel like she was doing me a favor?????????? The best thing that came out of this visit was a prescription for an antibiotic...but guess what? Once I'm done taking it..this office WILL NOT BE PULLING MY TOOTH... Why? Because she has me thinking she doesn't like me..considering that she has given me the title of voodoo priestess...I'm in my right mind to return there with a stick of sage and blow the smoke in her face..maybe it will make her A** move faster than molasses and turn her into a frog who is licensed to practice dentistry..

The dentist is a nice lady. But the wait is so long. I set an appointment 2weeks ago to get a tooth removed that I thought was bad but said she could fix it I would just have to set up a different appointment. So I ended up waiting like 45 min in the lobby and about 10 minutes I'm the back just to be told they weren't going to do anything schedule a different day for a filling that I wish they could have just done right then

If I could rate this based on ONLY front office experience it would be a zero lady in front was extremely rude. She was not professional at all not sure why she has her job if based on other reviews seems like she is this way with everyone. The people in the back on the other hand were very nice including doctor! The receptionist definitely ruins it for them.

I was extremely satisfied with my entire experience. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They took time to explain any issues, as well as explaining what I need to going forward. I would definitely recommend Family Dental!!

Worst experience ever. Will NEVER be back! Need for my child and I to be removed from your system completely! To ghetto! Too black...project for my taste. I would really give no stars but the system won't let me move forward without at least rating one star but okay!

Excellent experience Being a single parent and trying to stay on top of things my son at 3 has a perfect smile no cavities!! The doctor made me feel amazing and she advised me on some ways to have a beautiful smile for a beautiful person, loved it

HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE I can't even eat. The dentist RUSHED on my fill ins. Every time I risk her it was uneven she kept saying she don't see anything but alwaysssss went back to the spot without me even pointing at the spot. Like she knew it wasn't done right because she said I'll be here if you need to come back and I'll be here tomorrow. Now I can't even eat and I have to wait until 9a.m tomorrow morning to get my teeth fixed. I have to put my tongue or bite on my cheek just to level it. My teeth hurts so bad and it's like extra stuff all around me teeth.

Worst dentist ever. They don't even take the time to clean your teeth the correct way
