Treisi has been in the dental field for over 6 years and became a registered dental assistant in 2014. Treisi is quick to make patients feel at ease by building confidence, trust and friendship with each patient. She is extremely devoted to educating patients on their individual needs. In her spare time she enjoys running, baking and traveling.
Becky joined our practice in August of 2016. She brings with her over 18 years of dental office administration experience. If she is not able to answer your dental treatment or dental insurance questions, she will research and find the answers you need. Becky enjoys the relationships that are created with our patients and she strives to make everyone feel welcomed and comfortable. Becky and her daughter moved to Kansas City from the same area in Southeast Kansas that Dr. Kusiak grew up in. Becky and her teenage daughter, Karsyn enjoy exploring Kansas City and the many amenities it offers.

Meet Dr. Melissa Kusiak, your local downtown Overland Park dentist. She is the proud owner of Family Dental Co, opened in November of 2014.Dr. Kusiak is a general dentist with a personalized approach, treating every patient like her own family. She enjoys working with patients of all agesto encourage healthy habits and help maintain their smiles for a lifetime.
Dr. Kusiak received her Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree at The University of Missouri - Kansas City and maintains her Kansas Dental License with extensive continuing education throughout the country each year. She is well trained in all areas of general dentistry including preventative and restorative care, cosmetic dentistry, pediatric dentistry and emergency treatments. Committed to givingback to the community, she hasvolunteeredher time and skills at multiple Mission of Mercy dental projects, as well as Team Smile events.
Dr. Kusiak has been married to Britton, owner of Onestar Bicycles in Kansas City, for more than thirteenyears. They have two boys, Benon and Ean. Most of their free time together is spent riding bicycles on and off the road. You may have seen them riding through downtown Overland Park their favorite place to eat and shop. You may even see Dr. Kusiak riding her bicycle to the office! The Kusiak family is very involved in the local cycling community promoting races and rides throughout the year.

We are currently in network with most insurance companies including Delta Dental,Metlife, Humana, Aetna, Guardian, Cigna, Assurant,United Healthcare, GEHA, Ameritas, Principal and many smaller insurance groups. Dr. Kuziak runs a great family dental practice. I love the dental hygienist and the receptionist. It's the cozy atmosphere. They play nice music and they do great work fan for life

Was quoted a price for some cosmetic work that was not covered by insurance then the day I show up for my appointment it's all the sudden double the price and they need additional X-rays. They don't care about their customers, just want your money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Visited this office several times over the last few years before I moved from the area- great staff, cleanings were always gentle on my gums. Had a few cavities treated as well when I first came. Would highly recommend.

My dentist had retired and I'd been to several other offices that were like dental factories that must moved me through. This office is like of breath of fresh air!! They greet you at the door, it's comfortable, and modern. I've found my new dentist!!

The equipment is super modern, the people are genuine, and the service is excellent. You get 5-star care at a 3-star price and the office is a cozy spot right in the quaint, historic area of Overland Park.
