I went here in a pinch to get my teeth cleaned. Cleaning was inadequately done by a Dentist employed there as opposed to a bonafide dental hygienist.. The Dentist Kalombo only appears to be concerned about money(it's obvious) and not the patient evident by when asked to look at a crown that came out of my implant, "I was told to go back to the dentist that put it in"! Keeping in mind it was over ten years ago and the dentist is nowhere near. I would of thought the dentist would of at least look at it and make suggestions. Family Dentist??! Couldn't be bothered!! My advise is to stand clear of this practice unless you are desperate perhaps like I was initially when going in to get my teeth clean.!

This dentist office is a fraud,the bill your insurance for procedures you haven't had. They billed my insurance stating I came on a day I didn't come at all. 2 times they fraudulently billed my health insurance. I'm filing charges because now I need work done and they have exhausted my benefits from this year and last year. Dr Kalombo is a slickster!@

The customer service is great. The scheduling of appointments are decent. The services are overall excellent!

Its a African man in there he worked on my teeth left something in my gums for 7 days I called and called until they FaceTime me yes ft because I was like o no this can't be right he left some sort of string in my gums as of today they haven't fixed it I call and get the run around the manger doesn't care she is never there she will call u to apologize but they won't fix the problem with what they left in I am now having pain in my teeth I have pictures but it's too embarrassing to post please don't go hear they putting anybody in there to work on teeth he was not gentle very mean he said not one word when I returned he didn't even apologize after taking it out he said ok all done I filed a grievance with HSCSN I will be doing it again but somebody order SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN ITS SO MUCH UNDERCOVER STUFF GOING ON HERE BEING PUT UNDER THE CARPET

Louis Kalombo is not fit to be a DMD because he lacks the qualities. He's so rude(so very rude), unprofessional and best believe doesn't care about his job. I was left 40mins unattended after I was numb different times to replace temporary tooth. I asked if everything was okay; couple mins later I got a message that I will have to reschedule due to the doctor having an emergency.I asked why I wasn't informed all this while of waiting. He never felt sorry but instead asked me to leave his office. If I can get negative star to show how I feel about this business; I would. DON'T GO HERE!!!! He will abandon an already started job with zero apology!!! #scaryguy#ShouldBeReevaluated#unprofessional

I went to get my wisdom teeth removed in September of 2021 and he fractured my jaw and caused me to get an infection from jamming so many needles in my mouth to numb me he didn't care about how rough he was while removing my teeth he actually told me "you're Alive right so ur going to feel pain" after I told him multiple times that I could feel him yanking my tooth out which caused my my face to be swollen for a month

Everybody there is very relatable and professional i was EXPLAINED EVERYTHING IN FULL DETAIL!!!!. I would recommend 100%. I was able to schedule a same day emergency based appointment and I'm now 100% better.

Dr Kalombo is an excellent Doctor, he helped me with my Teeth extraction and deep cleaning . At first I was really nervous but he helped me overcome it and now I feel great all thanks to him and the entire team. I highly recommend this place, believe me you won't regret it, great customer services and as soon as you come in they will have your appointment started really quick. Can't wait to back for my next visit.

I went here for a cleaning back in December 2020 a female doctor had cleaned my teeth she was so nice and it wasn't painful she wasn't rough or she wasn't in a hurry that was my first time coming to this dental office I enjoyed my first visit so I decided that I would come back... March 26,2021 I had an appointment because my wisdom teeth was in pain I went to my appointment around 3:30/3:40 pm I gets there I signed some papers after that I sat in the waiting area for about five minutes they called me back they did an x-ray I go back into the room the assistant comes in he was very nice and kind he put the numbing gel on the tooth that was in pain because I told them I wanted it out it was almost time for the office to close but the assistant was saying that they can still do it it's only going take five minutes remind you the doctor didn't come in the room until like 15 to 20 minutes after the numbing gel was placed he comes in and go straight for the needle to numb me up more but he never checked to asked me do I need some more numbing gel he just stuck the needle all in my gums I felt every pinch I asked can I get more numbing gel he told me NO and that we have to hurry up because he have to leave so what I did was told him we don't have to do it because he was rushing and being so rough he also did a root canal on my sister now she has a knot in her gums... PLEASE STAY AWAY HE IS NOT RIGHT

This dental office did caps on my teeth without informing me until they were drilling in my mouth so they could charge my insurance. No consultation is given because they want to charge Medicaid. Staff very unprofessional! I would rate 0 but not an option

This was my first time visiting and was a bit ahead of schedule but the front desk and those that worked on my teeth were extremely helpful and accommodating. Edit- Unfortunately, I had to reduce my rating of this location due to the horrible follow up experience that I received today. I'll start by saying that most of the employees at this location are kind but the dentist today was extremely unprofessional. I don't remember him ever introducing himself and he was out of uniform. When he learned that he would be performing restorations on my wisdom teeth he made a comment out loud that he wasn't sure that he wanted to do it which did not set the tone right. He failed to tell me that he would be injecting me with anesthesia THREE TIMES in my mouth before doing so. Eventually I reached my limit and asked out loud why he needed to administer the injection more than once and he ignored me. Throughout the rest of the procedure I was super tense because I did not trust this guy. His beside manner and communication skills were the worst that I've ever experienced in dentistry. I declined to make an appointment after the next 6 months. It's a shame that an experience that started off well at this location ended bad and untrustworthy.

dr. louis b. kalombo, all lower casings." He is extremely abrupt with arrogance." He is a rude doctor and has no professional ethics about himself. His only concern of interest is money and not the patient," which is an human being first, before anything else." dr. louis kalombo has a very evil and undesirable spirit and should not be allowed to work the medical field. On September 28, 2021 @ 3:30 pm., I had an appointment to see him concerning a past extraction that was done by him on 7-13-21. My top tooth broke from a past root canal I had done from another doctor. Unfortunately while I was eating, it broke, so I had it extracted by dr. kalombo which he was sort of mean then, plus rough with how he jammed the needle into my gums. dr. louis kalombo has a very nasty attitude and act as though he don't want to be bothered, he's not a very nice doctor, and he made sure to make me so uncomfortable until I cried... and I'm 64 years of age. He told me I wasn't to come back to him for services because I called my credit card holder and asked what he was paid and I also stated to them that I was in a lot of pain and that the laughing gas didn't work, I felt everything and because of that, they took back the payment, which I wasn't aware of until he informed me of this on my appointment with him. This nasty dr. intentionally embarrassed me in front of the other patients that were there. dr. kalombo was sincerely upset about sixty odd dollars that was reversed back to my credit card do to his negligence in work. If you read the reviews, I'm not the only one that has had a bad experience with this evil abrupt and arrogant abuser." He abuses his patients with poor interest of concern for their well being and his license should be revoked." ( WARNING," STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DENTIST, HE ONLY CARES ABOUT MONEY AND YOUR INSURANCE BENEFITS ) NOT A GOOD DOCTOR FOR YOU NOR YOUR LOVE ONES !!"

I wish could review without any stars! I will say the front desk receptionist was very professional. Dentist was horrible. My child has been to him on 2 separate occasions. The first root canal wasn't done properly but we weren't aware until when she had to go back. Also, he would numb my child and go work on another patient and tried to numb her again because he was negligent. The second root canal process was horrible; repeat of the numbing and I had to say words so he wouldn't go work on another patient. He did anyway and my daughter wasn't completely numb. Here we are months down the line and all her filling has come out. So I am looking at just a hole in my child's my mouth. I wouldn't recommend anyone coming to this facility let alone bringing your child!
