I've been going to Pura dental for over 10 years. They are gentle and meticulously thorough in the care of your teeth. The dentists and staff are always very courteous with a smile. I highly recommend "Pura Dental Center" to all.

The workers here made me extremely comfortable considering the fact my biggest fear is playing around with my teeth lol they took care of my cavities gave me a deep cleaning and teeth whitening so I'm very grateful for that they worked with a sense of urgency being very careful not to hurt me they told me stories while they worked they were just amazing thanks so much and I will be back for more service

I was highly impressed with the care and service I received today. From the greeting and reception I received from Sandra at the front desk to the highly professional dental assistant Alyssa, who immediately put me at ease. She was amazing in the sense that she communicated every step she was taking and the potential for some discomfort, if any, that I may feel as she took X-rays and listened to my concerns. I so deeply appreciated this level of sensitivity and care. Dr. Matsui was also amazing, professional and extremely experienced. Overall, I felt the entire staff there showed genuine care, attention and kindness. I walked out of that office feeling quite happy. Thank you to all.

They completely messed up teeth I don't know her name but some Indian lady overdrilled all 4 sides of my teeth even though I only had a root canal in between 2 teeths n she gave a hole between my tooth n my gum where food easily enters I tried going back with an old man with glasses saying he going to make my teeth brand new but didn't do anything at all to improve my teeths he just barely stuffed da hole that reopened again, I'm never going to this dentist all they do is mess up your teeth I get lose of appetite n it takes 3x longer to eat n barely enjoy my food

The staff is very nice and attentive. Also bilingual which I find ver efficient for the community in Jackson Heights. Dr. Elliot has been my dentist for many years, his priority is ensuring his patients dental health above all, he acts fast to resolve his patients dental problems to avoid further decay or worsening of the health issue. I highly recommend him !

It was my first time visiting this clinic and I love the atmosphere and hospitality of every staff. Waiting time took me some time but everything went smooth and I received the treatment that I needed. Definitely gonna come here again for routine check-ups.

Yesterday was my son's FIRST time going to the dentist & was super excited.. when the Dr went to do x-rays which wasnt necessary cus hes only 5 & also, i just wanted a check up, but w.e.. he placed the plastic in his mouth so he started gagging & crying. Dr. Nikhat started getting impatient with only being less than 5 mins trying with my son. He started having an attitude & speaking rudely to him. He even placed his hand on his chest & started telling him to calm down, & not in a sweet voice.. umm, NEVER GOING BACK!!! Drs need to start learning how to interact with kids.. then, all mad he said to go back to the waiting area because he couldn't do anything. Mind you, all I wanted was a check up. not xray. He could've done the check up without them & just look at his teeth. Which he didn't even do. So please do yourself & your child the favor of not going there.. & if you do go there, don't go with him.

Sandra, the front desk receptionist is an angel! She goes above and beyond to assist us with our needs. She is patient, kind, caring and got to love her personality! Another reason for us to keep visiting iSmile in Jackson Heights.

Dr. Sabbagh is exceptional, he is thorough, knowledgeable and really great at what he does. Also the receptionist Sandra is amazing, she always has a positive attitude and willing to help!

Sandra is so kind and warm hearted, it is hard to find a front desk like her. It was late and the office was about to close, she still took the time to confirm our insurance information and set us up with an appointment. I wish all front desk people can be like her!
