I had to have 2 fillings. Dr. Qi and her assistant, April, made me feel comfortable and were careful to explain every step of the process. They worked quickly and it was all over in short order. It's, of course, not something that you want to have done frequently, but it was not a torturous adventure and for that I am grateful. Also, Amy, who is my hygienist, does a great job and we always manage to laugh a lot along the way. I would recommend Family Dental to anyone.

Amy is my dental assistant and is excellent. Very professional and friendly. Dr. Kinder is my dentist and she is wonderful too. I highly recommend this practice!

Dr. Qi is so professional, yet, so easy-going, painless and personable. She and her assistants make my visits free of stress and apprehension. We communicate on a comfortable, relaxed level. Family Dental is the best; I highly recommend them.

This dental office is amazing. My appointment time has always been on time, never late no matter what service I am utilizing. Very nice staff and Dr Kinder is gentle and awesome.

I have been a patient with Dr. Qi for the past 5 years. She has always been very helpful in solving my dental problems. I recently had crown work completed on 6 of my upper front teeth. My teeth look beautiful! A big thank you again to Dr. Q and to my wonderful hygienist Angie.

I have been a patient at Family Dental Center for almost 20 years. The entire staff have always been friendly, courteous and professional. Everything from cleanings to more complicated dental work has been superb! They do great working with insurance companies and scheduling appointments.

During an appointment today, the assistant did an x-ray and started setting up the room for a procedure. Usually a procedure gets explained and agreed to by the DDS to the patient. Not so today. Dr Kinder walked in, she did not speak or introduce herself. I had to ask "Who are you?" I did not know her in her coat, mask and googles.I have only had a glimpse of her twice. She gave me two shots. First time in my life I was not warned, "there is going to be a small stick" so I can brace myself.. I found her rude and condescending. She finished the filling and just walked out. Not, you are done, are you ok? Have a nice day or bye! She just just got up and walked out. She left a lump on my tooth that felt like sand paper. Her assistant had to find it then go get her. I had to wait 20 mins for her to come back and polish it. Then she told me it was just me being too sensitive. It felt like I had a piece of sand paper caught between my front teeth. When I said it was unacceptable she polished it some. No rinsing the debris out after. I had to ask for a rinse. Then she left and indicated I would get used to it. It was the kind of material they use.She was so unprofessional and rude. I never want to be treated by Dr Kinder again. No name tags either.

Amy the hygienist here is very rude and disrespect. Amy T. has a bad personality for this job. Dr.Luber is no longer at this office. He was a wonderful Denist. Now!!! This place will take Hundreds of your money just to tell you they can't help you and to go somewhere else. Do not go to this place. If you do not have insurance they will treat you disrespectful. I had cash, major credit cards. I had the financial means to take care of anything that needed to be done. Cash major credit cards etc. I didn't have dental insurance. Do not waste your money.

Family Dental Center is friendly, professional and easy to work with. My hygienist, Angie, had served me for over a decade and I will stay with her as long as she is available. She works with her patients, is considerate and thoughtful in her service. I think of her as a friend. The dentists are equally considerate and professional.

I have been going to Family Dental for 6 years now and I've always received the best care. Dr. Qi is amazing and will not recommend you to do something unless it needs to be done. She will give you options as well as her recommendations. You can trust her with your care! My hygienist is awesome as well!
