I'm in town on a travel assignment and woke up to a horrible pain in my jaw and I knew I had to find a dentist right away. I did a search for a dentist near me and this dentist office came up so I decided to call and see if I can be seen today and they were kind enough to give me an appointment. From the moment I stepped into the office til the end of my procedure, I had an extraction of one of my wisdom teeth that had a huge cavity, I had a great experience. My dentist made sure that I was completely numb. Visiting the dentist is not my favorite place to be because it's usually a painful experience and let's not talk about the sound of the drill. Everyone was so friendly and caring and that made me feel less anxious. This office is truly a hidden gem and you won't regret going to the dentist office.

They have the right name because they treat you like family for real they care about you they take time to tell you exactly everything they going to do very homely environment I would recommend Family Dental to anyone whom seeking work done on their mouth 5*****s for me

A good place to go if you're living in the East and want to deal with your teeth problems, and after all of the covid-19 eating did you probably need to go there sooner than later anyway.

Family Dental Center of New Orleans is a first class dentistry. Dr. Aukena Long and her staff members are amazing. It's very fitting that Family Dental is in the name being Dr. Aukena Long and her staff makes you feel like family with their generosity, attentiveness, professionalism, and amazing services. Family Dental Center of New Orleans handle patiences with care and make the experience comfortable for children and adults that may have a low tolerance of oral pain like myself. I recommend Dr. Aukena Long and her staff to everyone seeking a dentist office for themselves as well as for family and friends, you're welcome in advance! After my initial visit today, I just have to leave a review... From the time I walked in, to the time I walked out my expectations were met and then some! Between the relaxing office environment/ambiance, the pleasant staff (shout out to Micah, she's a true GEM), the professionalism and expertise of Dr. Long, and just the overall experience? I can't thank you guys enough for making me feel like a valued client! Can't wait to send others so that they can say the same :)

I went here for the first time when I was having extreme tooth pain, and my dentist at the time couldn't see me. She saw me right away for an emergency visit, listened to my concern did a root canal and worked with me for payments on a crown. She was patient, funny and engaging the staff is super sweet. I have switched to her now and I'm never looking back. Dr. Long is someone who can be trusted.
