Hope everyone is having a great start to 2021! My name is Dr. Jenn Dixon and I have some exciting news to share! I have recently purchased Family Dental Center, the former dental practice of Dr. Charles Ross. Family Dental Center, located at 3706 Mercer University Drive, has been successfully serving the dental needs of Macon and the surrounding area for over 40 years.

I graduated from the University of Georgia. After that, I obtained my dental degree from the Medical College of Georgias School of Dentistry. I am originally from Marietta, Georgia, but have been practicing in the Macon area since 2000. I originally owned Ingleside Dental Associates for 15 years. After I sold that dental practice, I practiced at Dental Care Center for 3 years and at Ambrose Pediatric Dentistry for 2 years. I am married to my wonderful husband Michael and am the proud mother to my three young children, Ethan (16), Barrett (11), and Mason (20 months). In my free time, I enjoy the beach, fishing, and relaxing with family and friends. I love animals and enjoy cheering on my Georgia Bulldogs during football season.

Lisa Harris is an MVP here at FDC! After 41 years practicing hygiene with Family Dental Center, Lisas patients truly are an extension of her family. Her patients truly love her and have shown their admiration for her through the years. Lisa remains loyal to her dental patients and dental family, and has no plans on going anywhere! She is rejuvenated and excited to learn new techniques and to continue to grow and prosper with her amazing and talented new dental team!

Lisa graduated from Macon Jr. College in 1983. She received outstanding Academic Achievement in Dental Hygiene School. Lisa loves to show the value of a good dental homecare program. One of her many passions is showing before and after photos to patients to show them how rewarding regular dental hygiene care can be!

Lisa and her husband Eddie have 1 son, Blake, and a daughter-in-love, Kelly. They also have 2 adorable grandchildren, Reese and Hallie. Lisa enjoys baking, working in her flower beds, and spending time with her 2 sisters and their families. When all the families get together, you can be sure that there is plenty of good food and fun times to be had! Lisa is looking forward to continuing to provide her loyal patients with the same wonderful dental care they have received from her over the last 40 years!

Brooke and her husband Ben have 2 children and a German shorthaired pointer (who thinks hes a person shhhh ). She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and loves the beach. Another one of Brookes passions is photography. In her spare time, she runs a successful photography business! Definitely check out her amazing work on FB at Brooke Holloway Photography, LLC!

Stacy is a new friendly face who will be taking care of all your oral health needs! Stacy received her degree in dental hygiene from CGTC in 2009. Stacy says she loves being able to change an anxious patients opinion of going to the dentist. With a caring, informative dental team, a visit to the dentist does not have to be a bad experience. Stacy loves educating her patients, but in a way that is informative and not intimidating. She loves to make her patients laugh too! She says that laughter is the best medicine for anything!

Stacy is a native of Milledgeville, Georgia. She is married to her high school sweetheart, Matt, and they have three handsome and WILD boys: Rhett (11), Luke(8), and Tripp (4). When Stacys not running to football, baseball, or soccer practices, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and going to the beach. Stacy is also a HUGE sports fan and loves the Bulldogs and the Braves! We are super excited to add Stacy to our FDC team!

Kristen joined the team when Dr. Jennifer Dixon bought the practice. After working together at a previous dental office, Kristen was excited for the opportunity, knowing that she shares the same passion for helping patients achieve a beautiful smile, as Dr. Jenn and the Family Dental Center team. Kristen has a background in Retail Management, but decided to stay at home when she had her daughters. After nine years as a stay at home mom, she went back to work for a dental office, as an insurance coordinator. She uses that experience to help answer any questions patients may have about insurance, treatments and procedures. She loves to interact with the patients and make their dental experience as pleasant as possible.

Kristen is married to her wonderful husband Derrick and they have two beautiful daughters, Alyssa and Ansleigh. She loves to spend time with her family and craft in her spare time. She loves animals and cares for all the animals on their farm and the occasional stray.

Scarlett is a lifelong resident of middle Georgia and has worked most of her career in the dental field as a Dental Assistant and over the years her passion for it has continued to grow. She is thankful to be a part of the Family Dental Center as the Patient Coordinator to assist patients with their cares and concerns. Not only that, she is happily married to her wonderful husband Duane for 33 years and has two beautiful daughters Kaitlyn and Hannah. In her free time she enjoys being with family for gatherings, trips, and taking care of her pups Gracie and Sebastian.

Michelle is one of our new friendly faces up front serving as our Patient Coordinator. Michelle is a lifelong native of Macon, Georgia, and has worked most of her career in the dental field as a Dental Assistant, Treatment Coordinator, and Insurance Coordinator. In her spare time, Michelle loves to spend time with her family, read, and go to the beach and fish. Michelle loves animals and enjoys cuddles from her 4 fur babies: Missy Moe, Lilly, Louie, and Lil Leo.

Lindley has been a dental assistant for over 18 years with experience in pediatric and general dentistry. Through her years of experience, she has learned to help any area of the office and has a diverse background in the dental field that allows her to advise patients on the best personalized approach to their treatment. Lindley has a 9-year boy named Cayden. Spending time with family and friends, hunting, fishing, and kayaking are some of their favorite things to do. She and Cayden love the beach and the mountains.

Viviana is one of the new friendly faces you will meet assisting Dr. Jenn. She received her certification from the Atlanta Dental Assistant School in Georgia in 2020. We are super excited to add Viviana to our FDC team! Viviana has experience in both general dentistry and orthodontics. As an added bonus, Viviana is also bilingual and is fluent in Spanish. In her free time, Vivianna keeps herself busy running after her 3 year old son Nathan and her red nose Pitbull, Vella. Outside of work, she enjoys baking cakes, playing sports, and going on beach trips!
