As a patient coming to this location from the first day Westbrook was relocated to this current address it is great to see that it was occupied by a friendly staff who care about there patients and continue to offer quality service to everyone

It was my first visit and the staff made sure that I was comfortable while they were taking care of my teeth. Extremely positive way to start with a new (to me) dentist and dental firm! Update: I have a temporary crown that came off during breakfast this morning. Called the dental office and I was in before lunch getting it set again. They responded very promptly to my problem.

It was my two daughters first dental experience, they were very nervous, they love the dentist now. The the receptionist, hygienist, and dentist were all so great! I am so happy to have now found where we will be going to the dentist from now on. I will be recommending this place to all of my mom friends. Thank you so much guys!

I am a coward when it comes to going to the dentist. I had a very good experience having dental work and a temporary crown put in. Dr Sherry made me feel like all was going to be okay. The warm blanket also helped.

We had the worst experience so far at a dental office! We are a family who does not use fluoride and I made this perfectly clear prior to our appointment verbally and on the paperwork as well as when I showed up for our apt. The receptionist was very professional and did an excellent job! The hygienist was also professional yet very rough with my kids teeth and my daughter who is in braces has a tooth that needs to be switched and we are well aware of this we are working with our orthodontist she does not need to be made a mockery of stating wow I have never seen anything like this before I did not know it was possible and called the dentist over to also discuss in front of my daughter how her tooth was so abnormal! The worst experience was with my oldest daughter Whom the dentist bluntly asked if he could ask her a question when she said yes, he asked if she even brushed or flossed her teeth my daughter is fourteen years old and has had a very hard journey with her dental care, she had braces for two years and she went without care because our orthodontist was closed for covid! He asked my daughter if he could come out and discuss her dental health and when he did, he stated to me her dental history is always going to be poor and every dental visit would just be worse than the one prior and there was no help for her! I thought this was so sad to say to a family and I asked if we needed to go to a specialist and he said no? This apt left us dishearten and very discouraged finding a dentist with compassion for their job and patients! My daughter was asked before she went back to see the dentist if there were any concerns, we let her know we can't have fluoride my kids have allergic reactions to it, so when the dentist started asking questions, he stated he had never heard of this before and question my daughter of our water source or what her symptoms that took place when having fluoride. My question is we are in 2022 and there is no other alternative to fluoride one solution for every one nothing else will work? Fluoride is banned in Europe and kids should not be made to feel there overall dental health has to be 100 percent reliable with only one solution. We are a one income family who is on a very strict budget I felt I was making a good choice small dental office it seemed very reliable and professional when I made the apt. My family is now out 180.00 dollars and left without a dentist again. In the future if you don't want to work with a family who has fluoride allergies let them know before the apt to save families valuable time and money! Sadly, would not recommend this dental office to anyone! And when working with kids never let them know they would always have bad oral health for the rest of their life not sure if compassion is in your vocabulary? And I was not going to write this review yet if I can help a family seeking a dentist with a caring heart, I feel I needed to write a review! Every patient deserves kindness and respect regardless of how you feel about their dental choices! With all the struggles families are making now choosing to come to the dentist is not an easy choice yet we want to make good practices for our children between gas and groceries money is a hardship at this time if you would like to do the right thing, I feel you should refund our money so we can find a dentist who would like to treat my family with kindness and respect!

I have the worst dental anxiety. Dr. Sherry and all of her staff are very personable, compassionate and gentle. I have had extensive work done here and I have had very little anxiety. They are absolutely amazing, each and every one of them! Looking for an amazing dentist, give them a call.
