UPDATE: I was contacted by Angie and she was very nice and helpful. She got my billing issue resolved and the accounts have been separated. I appreciate the quick response and resolution of those two issues so I'll raise my rating to 4 stars because of Angie's kindness and because I think people should go to Dr. Sanders, he's a fantastic dentist. PREVIOUS REVIEW: I'm giving two stars because I like Dr. Sanders and my previous hygienist but I've stopped going here because of constant billing issues. First off, they were scheduling me for more expensive cleanings for YEARS even though I was going every 6 months and never said boo to me about it. It wasn't until my son turned 18 and they started charging him as an adult that I noticed the discrepancies in the bill. Secondly, every time I went I was charged a different amount. Why are your prices fluctuating so much? They should be somewhat consistent for a cleaning or a cleaning plus x-rays. Third, they offer no way to pay online. I found I was able to pay through CareCredit and paid that way but the payment has magically disappeared and the billing/accounts department can't speak to me directly, I must speak to the rude receptionist who talks over me and she'll convey the information to them. Fourth, my son is 21 years old and they continue to send bills in my name and when I called the rude receptionist tells me that I'm responsible for the bill because that's how the account was set up and they won't fix it until the previously discussed payment is received. Uh, the account was set up when he was ~4? At 18 he's an adult, his doctor's office started sending bills in his name at that age automatically and I no longer had access to his information but somehow he's still a child at the dentists even at 21. Did he consent to that? HIPAA anyone? So as much as I like Dr. Sanders I'm not willing to deal with rude receptionists and questionable billing practices.

Dr. LeBlanc, Dr. Sanders, and Dr. Buchanan are incredible people. They show their patients so much care and respect. For the record, they treat their staff with just as much care and respect, which says a lot. I highly recommend this office, especially for those with dental anxiety like myself (:

Doc has a great personality and all of the staff is very friendly & always happy to help. You can tell that everyone in the office genuinely loves their job & loves to care for their patients. (: So blessed that this is my dental home.

Very friendly and competent staff! Always very gentle with my son's teeth. I have been bringing them here for a number of years now and they have not had any cavities! Caught a cute pic of staff out shoveling in snow. Heros work here!

Got a recommendation from the dental hygienist, Liz from this dental office. I thought I would give them a try. So far very impressed. Everyone has been very nice and polite. Honest thoughts and opinions regarding treatment. They were willing to extract two baby teeth in my daughters' mouth. My daughter has had a cleaning and they treated her very nice and allowed me in the area to observe. In addition, the extraction was handled very well and she did great. If you do not have dental insurance they do have a in office program called Smile Club; for $300 a person gets annual x-rays, 2 dental cleanings & fluoride, discounts on other services, and some other items. It is a great deal given most dental cleanings without insurance is around $200. I will update if anything changes.

5/5 stars for Dr LeBlanc and the dental hygienists on his team! They worked with my schedule to get me in quick! They're also are a fun group of people who truly care about the patient's experience! If one thing was to be corrected with the facility it should be the attitude of SOME of the staff who work at the front desk, however that will not stop me from going back only because I genuinely enjoy Dr LeBlanc and his team.

After having a few terrible experiences at a previous dentist I brought my daughter here and they were beyond AMAZING! Kathy was our hygienist, she was very patient with my daughter (4yo) and made her feel as comfortable as she could.

Two thumbs down. Missed two appointments in 2019, made it for the next appointment fall 2020, rescheduled the third one 4 months ago because I had a fever during covid, and they're no longer letting me be a patient there. This has been my dentist for the past 4 years. I pay out of my own pocket, the full amount at the time of service. They never even asked if I would pay for the missed appointment (which I called and canceled the night before and explained it was because I had a fever) which I would have just to keep them as my dentist. Unbelievable.
