Had a filling done February 28th, now it has already come out not even 2 months later!! Said they could fill it again "under limited warranty". Doctor I had (which wasn't preferred who I always get) said he didn't know how it could have happened and wrote out a referral Even my dog is smarter than all the receptionist and hygienist combined. Guess I'll be going back to Columbus

As usual, the Family Dental team provided excellent care, and I highly recommend them for great dental care!! They have been my dental care team for years, and continue to provide quality care. Thank y'all

Very gentle and caring. Had a root canal. Dentist ended up having to pull tooth. He was very informative as to why it needed pulled. No coercing...just very caring. Very good practice and would highly recommend to anyone. 5 stars for the dentist and staff.

I went here and everyone was very nice except the one I seen on my way out. She demanded I pay so much money right then in front of the whole lobby giving details about my work being done and financial status. I had already asked to have someone call me to discuss a payment arrangement because I was just getting started on a lot of work I needed done. She made me so uncomfortable I'll never go back. Completely rude.

Once again, my son had a wonderful visit! Cheryl is so awesome with my boys! She was great with my oldest when we started there. She continues to be great with my youngest as well. The whole staff is always friendly and kind. They always take the time to explain things to the little kids, which means a lot as a parent. My kids our always comfortable getting their teeth cleaned. I never have to wait. In and out. We love that with our busy schedule! I recommend this place to everyone!

I took my children in to this office at their scheduled appointment date and time only to be told that they missed their appointments on the day before. I presented the appointment card with the date and time I was given by one of their own receptionists as proof that we were there on the correct date. No apology was offered due to the receptionist writing the wrong date on the appointment card. The next available appointment offered was in 5 months! I took time off work for this appointment and due to their mistake my children cannot be seen for 5 months. We will not be rescheduling and do not recommend this office as they are apparently too busy to care about their own mistakes.

The doctors at Family Dental Center put braces on my teeth and my teeth are beautiful now. I never had to wait long for my turn when I got there. Everyone there is so friendly. I am glad they are my dentist.

I called and said I was going to be a few minutes late and was rudely told that if I was more than 15 minutes late I would be rescheduled and if I was ever late again I wouldn't be seen back. Funny I always have to wait....I no longer go here after they refused to give me more than what was basically Tylenol for an abscess that had my face swollen up.

I called to ask if they accept my insurance and the receptionist was extremely rude. I was told that they didn't accept it but I found out that I was given the wrong information from my insurance company and that they indeed do accept my insurance, however, the receptionist was so rude to me that I chose a different place for my dental care. Thanks but no thanks!

They are just incredible here. Really doesn't matter who you see, haven't experienced anyone that wasn't professional and kind. They are great with my children and with myself. 5 for sure.
