Friendly staff, excellent service! I needed an emergency root canal and crown, and they were able to squeeze me in and get me back to work quickly that day. In case you're wondering, their hours are 8:00-4:00

Just had my first visit and it was good. I was kinda scared because it's been while since I've gone to the dentist but they made me feel reassured that I made a great choice for my new dentist.

I always feel like they've been over backwards to help me and get me in soon as they can. The office seems to function is one unit, They all to get along and work in sync with each other. I have a more dental work this year I think I've ever had in my life, I have taken a stressful time and made it very bearable. I wish I did as good a job with picking insurances I did with picking the dentist.

Coming into Family Dental Care, I had a lot of decay in my mouth due in part to a rough childhood mixed with a lack of proper dental hygiene on my behalf. I went to a dentist once when I was a teenager, and the experience was incredibly rough. It turned me away from going to the dentist for many years. However, when I recently cracked a tooth and could no longer eat on one side of my mouth, I knew I had to face the music and go. My cousin strongly recommended this place and now I can see why. Dr. Johnson and her staff have done a wonderful job putting together a care plan for me. I have a lot of dental work that needs to be done, but we've started the process and it's been wonderful! They've made a root canal and crown process completely painless. Dr. Johnson is a supportive and caring individual and I can tell the care that goes into her work in these past few visits alone! I also would like to take a moment to bring attention to Heidi, one of the dental staff who was able to neutralize my anxiety perfectly. She's incredibly kind and welcoming and really got me through my first few visits! Each staff member has been incredibly kind and helpful to me. They took time out of their day to answer my questions and teach me proper oral hygiene. I finally feel like I have the tools to improve my dental care. If you're looking for a place free of judgement and full of love, look no further. Family Dental Care is that place. I look forward to my next visit and continuing my dental journey!

Unfortunately not a great experience at this dentist. Dr. Johnson did a crown for me around March, the crown got infected. I went back multiple times, I explained my symptoms and suggested that maybe it's infected... based on what I had read, It seemed plausible and aligned with my symptoms. I was met with a very nonchalant attitude, and told it was probably not an infection, but rather a bite issue. Even though I had come multiple times in the last few months for bite adjustments with very little relief. I was told verbatim that "this did not sound like a tooth problem" as I explained all of the pain I had been experiencing. I explained that this consistent, intense throbbing has been happening for months! My concerns were brushed to the side with notions that eluded to exaggeration. Finally after 7 months of complaints and so much pain I almost didn't make it on a flight I needed to catch. I decided to listen to friends and family... I went to a different dentist! The moment I got there he listened to my concerns, he scheduled a follow up almost immediately and he got to work... only to find what I had initially inquired about months ago! This pain was being caused by an infection inside the crown! The infection had been there for months! He said "This is why you're in so much pain!" He went on to explain the canals in the tooth and where they connected... One was right along my sinuses and ran behind my tongue which explained why the pain was so intense that my ears and throat were hurting on my right side! This is absolutely a tooth issue! I'm happy to say I've obviously found a new dentist! However, I would be remiss if I carried on without acknowledging my experience at family dental care. It is IMPERATIVE that patients are met with a listening ear when they have concerns! No one knows your body like you do... so when you express that something is wrong!?! It should be met with empathy and a professional solution based response.
