Dr. Gaffos has served as President of four local and regional dental societies and two state organizations, including the Pierre Fauchard Academy. He was elected President of the American Academy of the History of Dentistry in Vienna, Austria, and recently received its highest award, the Hayden Harris Award.
He is a Fellow in the American College of Dentists and the Academy of Dentistry International. He volunteered in the Children's Dental Clinic in Columbia for 25 years and Give Back a Smile in the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
Dr. Gaffos has traveled worldwide visiting over fifty countries and forty states. He is a real estate investor and creator of the Dr. Staci Gaffos Museum of Dental History in Columbia, SC. With all of his professional success, he is most proud of his three children, Katherine, Electra and Nicholas, and his four grandchildren! In his free time, he also enjoys snow-skiing and playing tennis.

I had a really bad toothache and by sheer luck they had an available spot the same day. I came in and found out that we're short staffed and they really didn't have availability. I was devastated. They sat me down I had to wait awhile but they saw me anyway. The staff was so nice and professional. I'm really grateful that they helped me. I definitely would recommend.

Dr. Rosell is a very kind Dentist. The staff are also very kind. The office is a bit outdated and did not reflect the highest level of cleanliness. The office is also not setup to maintain privacy in the patient exam areas, given such close quarters. Pricing was fair and reasonable. Very appreciative of my visit, the office could just use some TLC.

Their office looks like a older home but it is well laid out, clean and comfortable. My hygienist had 32 years of experience, was personable, friendly and did as good a job as I have ever experienced. The dentist was professional, quick, articulate and friendly. Checking out was a breeze. This visit was a pleasant surprise and I highly recommend them.

I scheduled my appointment 2 months in advance. I confirmed my appointment TWICE two weeks before my appointment. A day before my appointment they canceled without telling me after I had already taken time off work.
