It was my first time being at the dentist, and being completely honest, that was one of the best experiences I've had! They are super super friendly, and makes you feel like family walking through their doors! 100/100 definitely recommend!

Very friendly staff and pleasant office.. Everyone made me feel at ease and were very helpful. No other dentist i called in the area was willing to get me in as an emergency patient, but now glad they didn't as this was the best choice.

The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because when I spoke with them prior to my appointment, they couldn't give me an estimate of cost at time of appointment. I was looking to go to them for a dental emergency with no insurance because it doesn't take effect until 6/1. They reassured me that they would go over finance or payment options with me to best suite my needs at the time. They did not do this at all. I was left to pay$392 -which I was able to at the time- it just was not expected and was unplanned. I know many people that would not have been able to do that especially if they told them they would go over options. The receptionist was on the phone the entire time I was checking out and the lady checking me out didn't know anything about payment options or finance options. The receptionist was the only person there that came off as cold and rushed my initial paperwork as if it was an inconvenience to her. Despite this, I did receive quality care from everyone else involved. My emergency was not taken care of at this appointment but I was referred out. I will be going back to get some other things taken care of- after my insurance from my employer takes effect. I will continue with this dentist for future cleanings.

Made an appointment to get a tooth pulled they ended up not being able to do that which was understandable but charged me $300 for an X-ray. I even asked for their financial advisor to give an estimate and over all quote but never informed me they would chage a couple humdred dollars to do nothing. Bad communication on their part.

Called for an appointment several weeks ahead and they assured me they took my insurance. After scheduling the day off for the appointment and just before the visit they called to say they don't take my insurance after all. They did say they would be happy if I kept the appointment and paid cash instead! If you make an appointment with them don't be surprised if they tell you one thing then try to get you to pay cash at the last minute. Probably hope since you already got the time off work and it's too late to change that you'll just come and pay full price instead.

I always enjoy going to Family Dental Care aside from a great dental service they provide, all staff are friendly. Speacial shout out to my hygienist, Kayliee, for carefully & methodically caring for my dental needs.
