I used to go to this facility when it was My Dentist because of networking an insurance job changes had to go to another dentist. I have not been happy since, came back to this dentist because they had done my partial in the beginning and was in and out in an hour staff was extremely nice the billing ladies was extremely helpful. It took this other dentist over two years and I still do not have my partial I was in an out in an hour I will have my partial in two weeks. Thank you Roger's family dental!

Had an emergency situation and they took very good care of me and even laughed at my awkward jokes. I would highly recommend anyone needing dental work to visit. Super friendly staff and very professional.

Attentive and professional. These guys are spot on from start to finish. They make you feel welcome and truly care about your oral health. The facility is large with many exam and treatment rooms and well staffed. Wait times are minimal. Great place.

I went in and the man behind the counter was very nice and he got my info and handed me some paperwork to fill out and asked if I wanted coffee or water and gave me the water and he got my id's and ins. I filled out the paperwork and gave it back to him then they checked my mouth and then took me up front and said my ins. Wouldn't cover it because it was to soon. My last time was about 4 years ago .

Last week was my first time at this office, they were very friendly offered coffee and snacks. The wait wasn't long and the procedure was easy and quick. I was happy with how they explained and showed me all my teeth on the screen and what needed to be done. Will definitely be coming here from now on.

Dr. Thibadeau has the friendliest bedside manner I have ever experienced. Ashley who did my cleaning and treatment is a kind soul with gentle and skilled hands. I expected some discomfort, but there was absolutely no pain.

I don't often leave reviews but this last visit was shocking to me and I felt I needed share. The care that I have received from most of the staff has been great. My wife had care there and they worked with her so well she was recommending to her friends. My visit with the hygienist was what caused me to start looking elsewhere. I needed deep cleaning however the hygienist felt that laser treatment was required. I was given an estimate for around 400-500$. Then came the shock. I was also told that she would only do the laser or wouldn't treat me at all. I would have to pay up 500$ or no cleaning would be performed. I find this to be disturbing that someone would refuse to treat just because the patient did not agree with them. We discussed this with our children's dentist who was equally shocked that they would refuse to treat.

The hygienist was amazingly good at what she did very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with she told me she was a temp I wish she was permanent

I had a crown that broke and was causing discomfort. I looked up dentists for emergency and family dental popped up. I was able to set up an appt for the next day! Dr Thibadeau and his staff were wonderful! He chatted with me while we were waiting. The hygienist was amazing too. I will definitely be making them my dental office!

1st dentist I've gone to in over 10 years. (My mom was dental hygienist and after she passed I never went back to get a cleaning done.) Went for a consultation for a deep cleaning and they didn't all make me feel embarrassed and were super nice and informative! Would recommend this practice to anyone!

I had a root canal and crown done so far it is good. I was over charged on my Care Credit. Someone decided to round up the quote amount and I had to press to get my money back which will take 4 weeks. They wanted to keep the money if I made another office visit. The office also quoted me a bill for work but they did not tell me it was for half my mouth. To me that's like getting half your roof done or half a oil change. The communication skills are poor. They really did nothing for the customer to make this right except to apologize which does not make it right for money spent by customer.
