I believe that open communication and education are needed to build trust between patients and the dental care team, and by working together, we can find the best solutions for the patients dental needs.

I had prior work done here. The dentist is no longer with the practice. It was my understanding if something is wrong with the tooth to have it looked at by the same dentist. I couldn't do that so another dentist had to look at it. I asked if there would be a charge. They said they would talk to the dentist and get back to me if there would be a charge. Didn't hear back from them. I assumed there would be no charge to look at tooth they "fixed". Per the most recent dentist I seen last not at this facility it was not placed right. They didn't agree. Still referred me out to go elsewhere. I was given a mouth rinse then on my way. Upon leaving I was asked to pay. I've called twice 11/01 to speak with someone about this incident no call back. Called 11/02 spoke with Theresa she stated she will not remove the charge and to take it up with my credit card company. Great patient care right!

Welcoming and courteous staff from my Dentist, her Dental Assistant, and the Office Receptionist. Thorough and expert care. Expedient without being rushed. Very personable interactions.

Two times my temporary fell off and the tooth was exposed for several days before I could get it covered. The office asked if I wanted my insurance billed...why would I not? I should pay for something that's covered?? Kept getting texts that I had an appointment when I didn't. Nice people but ....

On my first visit to the office, I was very impressed by everyone's genuinely helpful and concerned demeanor. The hygienist was excellent; gentle, kind and very thorough - providing one of the best dental cleanings I have ever had. I returned the next day to have a tooth fixed. Dr. M was very professional and caring. She explained everything exceptionally well about the initial procedure and I was very happy with the results. Overall this is an excellent dental office staffed with well trained, friendly professionals. You will not regret choosing Family Dental Care of Muskego!

First time going in 20 years.. was very nervous not a fan of going. Was completely at ease when I got in. The staff was very nice and wasn't bad at all. Will be taking my kids there
