Dr. Masters and his team are just wonderful! I've never had such a personable, caring dentist with an equally friendly team of professionals in his office. My husband and son began with Dr. Masters while his office was in Shelbyville and then followed him out to Mt. Washington because he is just that great! I can't even begin to describe how amazing he's been in this one review. With all the treatments we have all had from fillings, simple cleanings to bridges, implants and even the best cosmetic treatments: This Dr. is so talented and yet; he is just so kind and personable. If ever Dr. Master's moves his office, we will follow him anywhere he may decide to go as some of his loyal assistants have done. He is just that great and yet he remains humble and always available. He truly cares about his patients, providing the most comfortable and pleasant experience while always explaining every option available. We consider him our friend as well.

Dr. Masters is the Best ! I have had a fear of dentist from a bad experience long ago. I Broke my tooth off in Costa Rica and became severely infected. I was so swollen by the time I got to him. He was so kind , gentle and funny. He took care of the infection and the tooth. I now have no fear to go to him. Would highly recommend.

My smile is my signature and I could not be happier to have it back!! I had to have extensive dental work done to my front teeth and never left the office feeling apprehensive about how I looked. The office is up to date with modern technology and equipment. Dr. Master's and his staff are friendly, caring, dedicated, responsive and very professional. I wouldn't recommend any other dental office.

Dr. Masters eliminated my fear today! He was so patient and kind. He made sure he talked me through everything and listened to my needs. Highly recommend to everyone! Plus the staff is so amazing. Everyone in that office was so wonderful to me!

12/23/2021 My front tooth crown broke tonight. Calling Dr. Jacob Master's office, his answering service picked up. I figured I'd have to wait until after Christmas before it could be fixed. Dr. Master's called & left a message for me, then called again advising me to meet him at his office. Thirty minutes later, I had my front tooth back in my mouth, rather than my pocket. Thanks to Dr. Masters, I am looking forward to Christmas! GREAT SERVICE for anyone considering a Dentist!

First time at Family Dental Care! I went for my routine cleaning exam. I have had brown spots on several of my front teeth for many years from drinking iced tea! My hygienist was Elexia and when she was done there were no spots on my teeth! I cried when she first showed me the results, as I did not think anything could be done to rid the dark spots. I have had routine exams for many years every 6 months, always mentioning my dark spots. I feel like a new person that can smile with confidence again. Thanks Elexia! Lots of teaching done during cleaning. Dr. Masters is so personable, very caring and explains future treatments so you know exactly what will happen in the next appointments! I love the addition of the TV's Office staff very friendly. Office is very clean and they follow all CDC guidelines! I am so glad you are here in Mt.Washington!

They took me step by step through a tooth extraction keeping me calm and comfortable the entire time . Very professional very clean and welcoming clinic. I will absolutely be returning

Dr. Masters and his staff are incredible! They went above and beyond what I expected. They worked me in; as I am a new patient; and were extremely gentle and kind with their care. Dr Masters not only gave me his personal number to call him, since it was close to the weekend but he called me Monday to follow up on my situation! If I could give 10 stars, I would!

I'm so happy to have found Dr. Masters and his welcoming staff. I became a regular in the past few months and never sat in the waiting room for more than 5 minutes. I know I was a difficult case but there's no way Dr. Masters was going to give up on me. He is amazing and truly cares about his patients, I can't thank him enough. I also want to thank Teddy from the lab. I highly recommend Family Dental Care of Mt. Washington!

One of the best Dentist I have ever been too. I was impressed how friendly the staff is and how modern the equipment was. Dr. Masters went above and beyond to make my treatment painless. It's always nerve racking to choose a new dentist, I am happy I found FDC, I couldn't be more impressed.

I miss dr rush he can't be replaced I'm sorry he's one of a kind and we really lost my favorite dentist. This new guy is much more aggressive which I don't like. Also before this Covid thing I swear I got the flu last year after a cleaning. I never get the flu. I hope they are cleaning everything very well now

Dr. Masters took care of an urgent dental issue I had immediately, even when he was supposed to be on vacation this week. I have had nothing but positive experiences at this office, it definitely has that small town hospitality.
