I strive to provide my patients with quality oral health by staying up-to-date on the latest techniques in the industry and attending continuing education courses.'
Dr. Kirlough spent 16 years at Metro Health Medical Center as a resident, Chief resident and attending dentistry, Director of the General Practice Residency program and lastly Vice Chairman for the Department of Oral Health. He is a former President of the OSU Dental Alumni Society where he served the College of Dentistry for 7 years on the alumni society board. Dr. Kirlough is an active member of the American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association and the Greater Cleveland Dental Society, where he currently serves as a Board Trustee.
Dr. Kirlough's greatest accomplishment is his family. He is happily married to his wife, Renee, whom is a 5th grade school teacher in the Buckeye Local School system. They have three children, Brianna, Olivia, and Alex. When not watching his children and wife in their sporting activities, Dr. Kirlough follows all Cleveland sports teams and Ohio State University athletics. Whenever he can find time, he loves to hunt, fish, camp and get involed in any outdoor activities. His favorite place to visit is the island of Aruba where his family tries to vacation once a year. He is also an active member in the community. Dr. Kirlough was born and raised in Brooklyn, Ohio where he is still a member of the Brooklyn Kiwanis and supports their efforts to improve his hometown. A resident of Valley City for the past decade, he and his family are members of St. Martin of Tours church. He is a member of the Knights of Columbus at St. Martin's and is a member of the Men's Fellowship group. Dr. Kirlough is a big supporter of public education and has helped Buckeye Local Schools with levy campaigns and is a long standing trustee on the Buckeye Education Foundation.

Dr. Trimarchi is happily married to a wonderful husband and chef, Jos. She is a proud mother of her nine-year-old son, Isaac. She enjoys spending time with her family, including her dog, Leo, who is a 'Husky-Shepard furry baby' who likes eating breakfast with her because, 'it means he gets a slice of cheese!' When she is not around her family, Dr. Trimarchi enjoys gardening, reading, and going to church. Dr. Trimarchi moved from Honduras in 2001, not knowing how difficult it is to obtain a dental license after being foreign trained. After 17 years, with the support and encouragement from family, friends, and coworkers, Dr. Trimarchi became a licensed dentist in Ohio. She loves dentistry and is very excited to continue her career at Family Care of Medina.

I was having pain when chewing in a lower molar. I was seen in a reasonable time period and got X-rays and an exam even though they were very busy. I was scheduled the following day for a filling and hygienist. Great service!

This was my first visit to Family Dental , Medina. Dr. Kirlough was so kind , and honest. He took the time to explain why he suggested the plan to take regarding a cracked tooth. Everyone there was friendly and kind. I am a self paying patient and they shared the Vantage One program which helped me to save on my visit. I will be an ongoing patient!

The hygienist did a very no wait an excellent job cleaning and scraping and polishing my teeth and throughly checking them out. She's a keeper. Employees like her makes me want come back. Very friendly and polite. She is good looking to. The office staff was very nice and friendly. They took care of me right away when I got checked out.Very nice staff overall.

Absolutely love my hygienist, Kat, and my dentist, Dr. Vilma. Kay is always on time, very thorough, and not overly chatty. Dr. Vilma is sweet, kind, and very gentle when examining my teeth and gums with them. Totally dislike the incessant appointment reminder phone calls and text messages. I'm an adult, and I keep an electronic calendar. I unsubscribed from the text message system today.
