Always friendly and professional. From the hygienist, to the doctor, to the front desk, they make you feel comfortable. I intensly dislike dentist visits, but now I don't dread the dentist so much and the anxiety I feel about it is really mild. Highly recommend.

The staff is incredibly rude, especially Susan the office manager. She is unwilling to explain how appointments are 'miraculously' canceled ALL the time. She threatens people with the police when she can't give an explanation and cusses patients out. How can you operate a business with such horrible staff? Unbelievable.

I arrived within 20 minutes of my appointment, called seven times, blatantly stated that this was ridiculous and they heard me over the ring doorbell, and then proceeded to tell me to find another dentist because "this is ridiculous" is disrespectful and they have it "on recording" lol do not go here they do whatever they can to not do they're jobs.

Very disappointing. I transferred my kids to this practice because of our insurance change. We had a great experience upfront with the front office. We had to reschedule one appointment and another time my son was late and had to reschedule. When he got home he realized he had a conflict and immediately left a message to move the date. No one called us back. Long story short, he was removed from the system and no longer in the practice. There was a mix up in communication and no room for discussion. We will be heading back to our old practice and wish we had never left.

My fiance had teeth pulled here then they took a mold of his mouth for dentures. When the dentures came in they didn't fit right. the dentist refused to send them back to the lab to be fixed. He said take them or leave them I won't send them back. So we left. He was so rude and didn't care at all that my fiance hasn't been able to eat right in months. Horrible service. Never going back there again.

Outstanding caring dentist good as it gets! He is caring dentist highly skilled in his profession!! He has compassion and care for human beings and is extremely meticulous to dental needs. I can't stress enough the quality of his work and staff as well. Has excellent doctors when he refers you as well. You want your dental needs taken care of . This is the doctor for the job as well as his outstanding staff look no further.

Every time a family member goes there the dentist says there's a little decay on that tooth and will need a crown well of course it does because our insurance won't cover a crown so it's usually $2000+ dollars for one! Oh and if u need a referral for dental work u are guaranteed that it will take months to have that done! Ended up switching to another dentist that doesn't even take our insurance and just paying out of pocket for cleanings because this office can't be trusted!

My name is Timothy and this is the only dentist that will take my insurance. Out of all the dentist out there this place is my fav one to go to. They are really nice and they tell you what is going on and everything. This is going to be my new dentist. I love how they treated me and took care of my teeth. I was quite surprised how good they are.

I wish I could post the letter they sent me with the consent I asked for so my children's dental records to be transferred to a different dentist. This practice up and closed in February without notice and changed their name. They FINALLY reached out to me in AUGUST to let me know they have moved and it would be an hour drive. I tell them that's too far and they talk me into giving it a try. Then the appointment comes and since it was so rushed I got the date confused and missed it. The receptionist calls, no greeting just "are you on your way". Shoot no I got the dates mixed up! Honest mistake and the FIRST time in the 4 years my kids have been going there it's happened. She immediately tells me that she will have to check with the dentist to see IF it can be rescheduled since I wasted an hour of their time... and she hung up on me. Fine, I found a new dentist and called them for records and she was rude and snotty. Then I get this letter AFTER I discontinued services with THEM that they will no longer treat my kids due to 2 failed appointments... guess they treat each kid as one... worst business I have ever had to deal with!
