Dr. Moon is a member of the American Dental Association, National Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry. He has undergone advanced training at The Aesthetic Professional Institute and is a certified Cerec One-Visit Crown Provider.
Ronald J. Moon, DDS is a Houston native. He began his undergraduate studies at Prairie View A & M University where he also played football as an outside linebacker. He went on to graduate from Texas Southern University, where he was a member of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, and earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Meharry Medical College, School of Dentistry in Nashville, Tennessee.
After finishing college, Dr. Moon practiced in Phoenix, Arizona for twelve years before moving back home to Houston, Texas, to be closer to his large, loving family. Now a happy father of four, Dr. Moon enjoys outdoor activities, cooking, traveling, and frequent trips to the beach. He is an avid fan of the Houston Texans and the Houston Rockets.

Been a client for years, first under the founder then Dr Moon. Always a good experience with very friendly and professional staff and latest technology. Reasonable pricing. Even replaced an old crown for free when he judged that it hadn't held up as well as it should have.

Dr Moon is the best!! He tells you like it is but then gives you options and opinions. Ultimately your care is up to you and I love that about him. The assistants are always friendly and patient when answering my questions

Pleasant and professional staff. I was kept informed throughout the visit, for example the hygienist explained what the numbers she was saying while charting meant, and to expect a super bitter taste before the sealant. I also appreciated empathy as she worked to clean a sensitive and built up area, like how she did it in three bursts and hit other areas in the meantime to give me a little break.

This place is a no for me.... I just finished my treatment plan for Invisalign today and I am ecstatic I no longer need to go here. At my initial consult we (myself and the dentist) came up with a plan that I wanted and at the end of the course the dentist didn't follow through with what we agreed upon. The assistants are super young and very inexperienced. (I am a former dental assistant myself).The assistant put dental burs & polisher bits on and touched dental tools WITHOUT being gloved up while at my appointment today. The Dentist also failed to check my bite and file down the areas we discussed just 1 week ago. He ran out of the room before we could even talk. I truly just gave up even caring or voicing anything because my trust in anyone at this clinic is so low and my overall expectations couldn't get lower which is really frustrating as i paid about $5,000 for Invisalign. Find another clinic Madison is full of much much much better dental offices. This was a mistake i wish i could take back.

Excellent and friendly office staff, dental hygienists, and Doctors! They host a monthly drive where you can drop off goods for a sponsored local charity. Bring in an item (or a few) from their list, and receive a discount off of your dental services that month. Reasonable monthly premium for a dental plan for those without dental insurance. And many available comfort items (noise cancelling headphones, TV/DVD, warm blankets, or a comfy neck pillow,) while receiving dental services.

I love this dental office! Very nice staff through the entire process. I believe I've seen one of the dentist at the office, Dr. Ronald Moon. He is awesome and does not sugar coat what you need to hear (no pun intended).
