I am a new patient and this was my first visit . I randomly chose this office from a mailer I received. It ended up being a great choice! I'm not a fan of going to the dentist but everyone there made the experience as nice as possible . The front desk ladies , my dental hygienist, and the dentist herself were all very nice , helpful, professional, and personable. I am definitely going to keep this office as my new dentist .

Every time you schedule a late afternoon appointment, they call and cancel it. This is the 3rd time. If no one wants to stay to do the late ones, don't offer them.

Extremely friendly staff and great facility While this remains true, recently had exchange with staff concerning insurance changes and they offered little to no help in determining if new insurance was accepted. Another situation where they wanted me to be my own customer service and figure it out for myself. Huge waste of time.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Please get a second opinion everyone! There are other reviews that state they are money hungry and I couldn't agree more. I am 23 years old and have never even had a cavity in my lifetime. I went for a routine cleaning and they had told me that I had gingivitis or early periodontal disease (they couldn't even be sure which one). They wanted me to do a laser treatment and deep cleaning for gingivitis that was not covered by my insurance and was going to cost me $600 put of pocket. They didnt even clean my teeth which was the original nature of the appointment. They said i had to come back for that because there wasnt enough time. I sat and waited on a dentist to see me for a very long time and waited even longer for the front desk staff to speak to me about my insurance coverage. My husband encouraged me to get a second opinion before proceeding with treatment and I am so glad I did. The dentist I went to for a second opinion... which has a very positive reputation, informed me that I didn't have either gingivitis or peridontal disease. Through viewing X-rays he stated that my teeth were in beautiful shape and there was just some light buildup that was easily removed in about 5 minutes. Please DO NOT go here and be taken advantage of the way I almost was.

This dentist place is ok and when they do get a great dentist then they leave. They go through dentist often and that's not good for patient dentist trust.lets face it we don't like going to dentist.but when we do it makes it easier when we have the same one. They have lady that is nice .and all they need to do is work on getting a man dentist .and keeping him .and also just my opinion they need to give a discount if your crowns don't last more than five years . my crown came out I still have it they said that I need to go to surgeon to get the tooth pulled. Maybe if they didn't go through dentist often this would of been caught earlier and they were able to save. Now I have to hope I can see if the other dentist will except my insurance.i cried when I left there I was hoping to get better answers.my teeth are my priority. Now I have one more missing tooth. I want an affordable dentist helpful dentist one that will give have ideals ready to help me suggest on how to replace my tooth. Over all I'd give them a 3 on a score of 1-5 .

I actually look forward to going to the dentist now! Dr. Balan and Renee are both amazing. You can feel that they truly care about their patients. They provide both comfortability and reassurance. Would definitely recommend to others ~

Very friendly staff right from checking in! Rachel my dental hygienist was kind and patient( yep I'm one of those gaggers during mouth X-rays) and the dentist was personable as well. Please let my insurance stay with this office for longer than a year!!!

first Time for me to go to Family Dental. everyone was very nice, putting me at ease. Sorry forget Dr's, name, she was Professional, honest in how she could help me. Renee was Awesome. knowledgeable and friendly

Dr. Balan & Rene' are excellent. Very prompt & professional. Great with kids. I would recommend Dr. Balan for anyone seeking a dentist who really cares about our job and her patients. Highly recommend!

Terribly ran. They cancelled my appointment as a new patient 2x a day before the appointment. My husband has cracked two teeth. Weeks in pain and a run around to get them pulled is not acceptable. Today, his appointment at 12:30 to finally get the second tooth pulled, some how changed, can't get him in!!! Unbelievable! We are officially done with this dentist office. Unfortunately, the office is ran terribly and does not reflect the work of the dentists.

The sales team was very helpful and finding a new bed for my child they took their time letting him try several different models. Asking him questions seeing what's mattress he thought was best for him

I went in for the $79 Comprehensive plan. It was my first time to a dentist in 2 years. I was blown away by what it covered. The hygienist was friendly, gentle, and did a great job! The dentist explained everything about my teeth and gums in great detail. Definitely sticking with this practice!

If they could only figure out their scheduling, I would give 5 stars. Everyone has been very nice and have received great service. I got a call a couple days before my last scheduled cleaning to reschedule. A little inconvenient but I was able to make it work. Went in today for a scheduled cleaning and they had removed me from the schedule completely; no call, no notice. Very inconvenient!
