The dentist were good. But the receptionists are rude. They asked a friend of mine if they were related to me because they had the same last name. Then said well he owes us money. That is very unprofessional. They act like they are they only dentist office in town. My wife tried to cancel the appointment for my grandson. They said he could never come here again. Never mind if they didn't even ask if everybody in the house had covid and couldn't go nowhere. Just a bunch of rude women in there.

Was warned temporary caps were quite fragile - bite apple could break them so chew off to side. Couple hours later ate hard candy - off to side but chip of it got under tooth & broke it! They immediately got me in & replaced.

I have been going to Family Dental since moving to Mountain Home Idaho. Dr. Christy is great and ensures the best treatment and way forward. The support staff are fabulous. I couldn't ask for better care.

Anytime I have any issues or concerns with my teeth I know that when I contact Family Dental that they will make themselves available. Helpful and professional staff whom all are friendly polite and thorough in their work. Of all the dental providers around Mountain I prefer Family Dental due to their excellent level of care and service provided to me and my family. I recommend them to anyone. They are clean, friendly and expert level service for good pricing.

Appointments was on time and they took very good care of me. I had a broken tooth and they repaired it. No pain or problems at this time.

Family Dental Care has been my oral care choice for well over a decade now. It helps that my insurance, Delta Dental, works with them too. Their hygienists and dentists are good- natured professionals who do more than just clean your chompers. They engage their clientele and make them feel at ease. That's awesome when considering a lot of individuals have a fear of dentistry. If you're looking for someone to help care for your pearly whites, or someone to get that smile shining for you, then Family Dental Care needs to be your choice.

Very nice building, the staff is super friendly and helpful! I absolutely hate the dentist, but they put you at ease here.... They fill you in on what's going on and the next step they are taking before they do it. Thank you Family Dental!

They took me right in as soon as I arrived, cleaned my teeth, got the exam by Dr. Vogel and was out the door in 30 minutes. Family dental is really on the ball and all of the staff that I have met there is very friendly and does a great job.

Did a great job deep cleaning my teeth pretty much without pain thanks. My second visit went great also first they contacted me to go in early hardly any wait cleaned my teeth professionally with little pain will see them in 6 months for a routine cleaning.
