Dr. Moses has worked for over 18 years and trained extensively to build a practice that exceeds your expectations of trusted, personalized dental care. He consistently brings his patients only the best that modern dentistry has to offer, by keeping himself and his staff informed on the advances and available techniques.
Dr. Moses, a native of New Castle, Pennsylvania, received his undergraduate degree at Saint Vincent College in Latrobe, Pennsylvania. After completing college, Dr. Moses earned his doctorate in dental medicine from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 1995. Dr. Moses then went on to complete a General Practice Residency at the University of Pittsburgh Montefiore Hospital.
With a commitment to deliver the highest level of contemporary, comprehensive, and compassionate dental care, Dr. Moses established his own practice in New Castle, Pennsylvania in 1998. Dedicated to staying current and proficient with leading edge dentistry, Dr. Moses opened a brand new state-of-the-art facility at his current location, 3127 Wilmington Road New Castle, Pennsylvania, in 2010.
Dr. Moses is a member of the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry. He participates regularly in continuing education classes and advanced dental training courses throughout the area. He utilize the most advanced dental technology and techniques available. Dr. Moses is dedicated to the special care of his patients.

For those of you who will be joining our family of patients, welcome! At your first visit, Dr. Moses is going to spend some extra time with you- as much as you need. He wants to ensure that you are comfortable with him, and that he is able to answer every question you have about your oral health.
At Moses Family Dental Care, our goal is for families in the surrounding communities to develop and maintain healthy smiles through preventative and restorative dentistry. Dr. Moses will also give you tips and advice on properly caring for your smile and maintaining excellent oral health.

I have been a patient of Dr Moses and his staff for many years. They are simply the best. Dr Moses and the entire staff communicate clearly, appointments run on time, and are very thorough but quick! I would recommend Dr. Moses and his team to anyone. Thank you for putting up with me all these years, even though I am a big baby!

I have avoided the dentist most of my adult life because of a bad experience as a child. In fact, the only trips to the dentist were for emergency care or treatment to stop pain. Many of my dental issues could had been avoided with routine maintenance but just sitting in a dentists chair gives me anxiety that literally brings tears to my eyes. I started receiving treatment from Mark about 8 years ago and cannot say enough good things about all of my treatments there. He has nearly diminished all of my fears and anxiety. I have recommended him to many people that have related with my bad experience. He is professional, compassionate, quick and just an all around " good guy" that makes going to the dentist painless! The days of going to the dentist only for emergencies is over. I look forward to each visit now knowing that I'm receiving dental care that will eliminate those emergency trips.

I travel from Pittsburgh to come here. This is definitely the best dentist office in the Allegheny/Lawrence county area! Scheduling is quick and easy. You're greeted with a smile from every employee. You never walk into any other customers waiting so you never run into a wait time. You're treated like family with professional service! When it comes to a cleaning, Erin is quick, efficient, gentle and one of the kindest souls you'd want cleaning your teeth. Mark and Caitlyn are beyond efficient. After a HORRIBLE experience at Aspen Dental that ended with me having lockjaw for a week and my jaw forever clicking when I chew, I avoided dentists for several years out of fear. But when I started having a bad toothache, I had to bite the bullet and get treatment. Several of my coworkers recommended Dr. Moses to me and I thank God that they did. I ended up needing a root canal and Dr. Moses took great care of me. He is very kind and pleasant and I am quite pleased with his work. To top it all off, his staff is very friendly and efficient and the office is very clean and overall has a nice feel to it. I no longer have terrible anxiety about going to the dentist. I really can't say enough good things about Dr. Moses and his staff! I recommend him to everyone.

Had a great experience today at the dentist didn't get scolded he was understanding and listened to me and my issue. Dr. Moses really impressed me with his professionalism. I will continue to go to him from now on. He didn't try to sell me on something I didn't need. I will definitely be going to him moving forward!

I would have to say that Dr. Moses is THE BEST dentist in the entire world. I'm afraid of dental procedures, yet I have really troublesome teeth, so you can imagine how this would cause me a lot of anxiety. However, Dr. Moses and his staff alleviate any fears that I have, and I'm at the point now where I look forward to getting my dental work taken care of! He's very kind, patient, understanding, and always makes sure that you're comfortable and informed. His staff members are really good at what they do, and everyone is super friendly. I travel an hour just to go to his office, and I always recommend that my friends and family do the same. Hopefully he'll never retire, because I truly cannot imagine going to any other dentist. :)
