Dr. Carol B.Boldengraduated with a Bachelor ofScience degree in Biology from the University of Kentucky. She went on toearn her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree also from University of Kentucky.Dr.Boldencontinues to strive to meet and exceed standards of herprofession and is a member of the American Dental Association, Academy ofGeneral Dentistry, Georgia Dental Association and UK Alumni Association.
Valeria G. graduated from Tennessee State University with a B. S. degree in History and Political Science. She retired from IBM after working 33 years in management. Valeria has been apart of our team since 2011 as a Front Office Receptionist. She enjoys gardening, sewing and crossword puzzles.
Theresa J. graduated from Johnson C. Smith University with a B. S. Degree in Accounting. She has spent many years as a Business Analyst and we welcomed her as our Office Manager in 2016. Theresa also enjoys walking, reading and spending time with family.
Nora H. graduated from Western Kentucky University with a B.A. degree in Sociology. After retiring from 34 years of service with IBM, Nora joined our team in 2014 as a front office receptionist. She loves outdoor activities such as hiking, camping and gardening.

All of the staff were very knowledgeable, kind and answered all my questions! Ms. Valeria at the front desk was amazing as well. Highly recommend!

I went to this dental office today. No problems with staff or the dentist, they all seemed very nice. My problem is with the 10.00 STERILIZATION FEE they charge at EVERY visit. You wont know this until after you get to the office and you have to sign all of their paperwork. It's not much but it's the nickel and dime mentality that is bothersome. The whole reason I went to this office was because they participate with my insurance so I had expected 100% coverage. Instead they are getting 100% from my insurance and $10.00 out of my pocket on top of what I pay monthly for my dental insurance. Just ridiculous. Will they charge for breathing their air as well?

Very professional and friendly staff all around. Toni is a wonderful hygienist, so if you end up with her you are in good hands. Everything here is clean and they really create a calm environment. One thing to be aware of is a $10 sterilization fee which you will discover as you are signing papers. I don't know one way or another if this is a normal practice, but it seemed strange to me.
