I was out of State and lost a crown. This office worked me in and was extremely nice to me. The dentist was great, my only regret, is he could not be my regular dentist. The staff was very polite and helpful.

I called and provided my insurance information they advised they accepted my insurance. I took the day off work for my appointment and after waiting 30 minutes in their office past my appointment time they tell me oh we don't take your insurance. How unprofessional!!!!

These people are absolutely the best! Every member of the staff here are amazing at what they do. From scheduling, the examination, the procedures, all the way to checking out, these wonderful individuals are attentive and caring! I never leave with unanswered questions and if I ever have scheduling issues they work with me. They are gentle, observant, and make you feel at home when in the chair. The dentists are professional and very good at what they do. I am happy that these folks are my dental care professionals and I will never change up. My experiences with these folks have been nothing but pleasant. If you are looking for a wonderful dentist office to go to, then look no more! You've found where you belong. Just go in and experience their level of awesome for yourself! You will not be disappointed!

The associates at Family Dental Care were very helpful during my visit with them.. E.veryone was very knowledgeable in the area of their work very impressive.I really enjoyed myself at this facility. I felt very comfortable about discussing the condition of my teeth. I had a wonderful visit

Family Dental Care is awesome. I'd gotten behind on my cleanings and scheduled an appointment, wow were they on top of getting me in asap. And my cleaning was great! Thank you Family Dental Care for truly caring!!

Going to the dentist does not have to be a bad experience. Dr. K, Shereen, and the rest of the staff there all go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and taken care of. This practice runs like a well-oiled machine, a machine that is considerate and wants to make sure you don't experience pain or discomfort while taking care of whatever dental needs you have in a timely manner. The office staff is always pleasant and helpful in dealing with insurance coverage issues etc. too.

I do not know how these people got positive reviews. It is the absolute worst. Over the past 5 years we have lived in London and started seeing this office. My wife has had work done on multiple occasions. EVERY time she has had to go back and get their mistakes fixed. Every time. She's usually crying by the end of the night because they mess up her bite and she has to go back. I went in with really bad tooth pain. Was charged hundreds and hundreds of dollars for a crown. It did NOTHING. I kind of sucked it up for 2 months because I was told it would take a few weeks to heal and not be sore. When I went back he said since the crown didn't work we has to do a root canal. I said ok, whatever fixes my tooth. They then tried to charge me nearly $1000 more after they told me I could come back and have any issues with the crown fixed. I refused to pay and left without help. After discussing the situation with others I was told the root canal should have been done initially and not just a crown. I then spoke to multiple other dentists and all of them said a root canal should have been done 1st. These people are not competent in their profession. They make constant mistakes then put the burden of fixing it on the patient. They are little better than crooks and I urge people not to allow them any of your business. For your own sake do not trust these people in your mouth.

At Family Dental Care I've received excellent consultation and quality workmanship. Their friendly and compassionate care combined with extremely knowledgeable staff makes me feel confident that I am getting the best service possible. The additional protections against Covid 19 are very much appreciated.
