Upon my arrival the front desk dental assistant was very pleasant and helpful with explaining the document process for my visit. I was a bit nervous due to some slight pain I was experiencing in my tooth. I was then escorted to the back where I had x-rays taken. Dr. Bassil Akel was very informative and showed great concern for my need. The side chair assistant help to ease my nervousness. With little time my tooth was extracted. I experience no pain. I highly recommend you visit the facility. I guarantee you will receive the best care

Literally my whole family goes to this dentist office. They are always very quick and efficient with their work. Work space is also clean and they take their time to make sure the job gets done well. They are also always kind work with you when it's time to set an appointment.

My family and I have been here going here for years...they never disappoint! You're greeted with a smile. The staff is Amazing, the customer service can be compared to none. They get you in and out and they tend to your teeth with care. Everything here is done with love and you can see that there is a passion for what they do, through the way they choose to handle you. Honestly, I Highly recommend.

I called today to make a first time appointment for my daughter. The operator who claimed his name was "Joey" (which was probably a fake name) was extremely rude and unhelpful. I asked him how long the dentist was in practice and when he told me how long, he said "is that long enough for you?" in a sarcastic and condescending tone. Absolutely awful! He was unwelcoming, rude and unprofessional the entire call. He claimed to have made an appointment for my daughter but did not ask me my address or even phone number! I said at the end um do you want my phone number! Didn't even ask for her insurance information. Look at how the office responds to critical reviews also. Very unprofessional.

Dr Bassil Akel took great care of my smile he's very attentive and makes me feel comfortable every time I visit the office. Best dentist around town and would highly recommend.

Bassil Akel DMD is the best , 100% I recomend him , my first time today for a molar extracion and waooo took it out really quick no pain. Staff really profecional , smile on there face i felt like i was home.. I No longer have pain the best hands in my opinion , God bless your work and your staff also his prices are affordable. Will be back

My experience at Family Care Dental was amazing everyone from the Yami at the front desk was wonderful. I was running 1 hour late for my appointment and was amazed that they were able to accommodate me and treated me like I was on time. Dr AKel was the best he explained my procedure before treating me. Thanks again for the professional and amazing service
