My best experience at the dentist ever! Always dreaded the x-rays but with Becky they were pain free for first time in my 60+ years. They also explained everything during the exam. Highly recommend!

The atmosphere was very inviting and the staff was extremely accommodating. From the minute I walked in I was informed as to what they needed from me and how long my wait would be. My technician asked my needs and kept me informed every step of the way. I will definitely recommend my friends to this practice.

So, my Dentist replaced a temporary filling with a permanent dental composite (not amalgam) filling... well, his assistant did. No complaints, a tooth that had been root canaled so it didn't require numbing. TEN MINUTES for $180. That's $1080 an hour, That's $8640 per day or $2,250,000 per year and that's one chair as the Dentist is making real money in the other chair.

I love Dr. Thompkins! I can say he is the best dentist I have ever been to, very nice and friendly, makes you feel really comfortable! The staff is also great! They really work with you as much as they can, very friendly and helpful as well! They explain anything you need to know from appointments, to any of your care, your insurance and bill! They are amazing! I have already recommended Dr.Thompkins and his staff to my family, friends, and people I work with!

I am new to this practice, because I recently moved to Harrogate from Knoxville. My hygienist, Becky, was very gentle when she examined my mouth and cleaned my teeth. She used several new gizmos I had never seen before and I go to the dentist every 6 months. There was a tool that took photographs of my teeth and another that recorded the ridges on my teeth. The dentist explained some things about their night guard, which is much more reasonably priced than the one at my dentist office in Knoxville. I was very pleased with my visit.

Always goes above & beyond exceptional. Very friendly, professional, & courteous. Have been going there for about 9 years now. My daughter even got her braces there. If you are looking for a excellent dentist & staff, look no further. Thanks Family Dental Care of Harrogate, you're the best!

I was so nervous and anxious about coming to the dentist,my past experience with a different dentist had been horrible to say the least. Dr. Tompkins and his associates made me feel very relaxed. They explained everything that they were going to do and how it would feel. They were so gentle also. I will definately come back. Thank you again Pam for fitting me in.

This office is one of the best I have ever been to. All the staff is helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend them to any and all. We really cant thank them enough for all they do. Becky and Joan are awesome and my youngest daughter loves to go to the dentist and see everyone. Thank you Family Dental Care-Harrogate we appreciate you all.

Always courteous, never makes me wait more than a couple of minutes in the waiting room, cleanings are always gentle and people that work there are very nice. And everybody wears a mask all the time. (Not every medical establishment in Harrogate upholds that standard.)
