I really appreciate the whole staff here at family dental care for saving my tooth and removing all the pain I had. They are so professional and I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you so much everyone!!!

I went for a full exam and a cleaning, I was told I needed two fillings. Went in for my second visit to get the fillings done and I made sure I asked the front desk receptionist if I owed anything else before I even got the treatment done, she said no everything was paid for and all I needed after my fillings was my 6month check up. Now I am getting called and told I owe them extra 300 dollars cause I never paid what I owed!!! I have all my receipts!!!!How unprofessional!!! I made sure I asked TWICE if my balance was paid and they wanna call me saying I'm past due with what I owe them????!!! It makes no sense!!!!! any other facility you go to THEY WILL NOT DO THE TREATMENT WITHOUT YOU PAYING FIRST!!!!I will not be returning to this facility! And I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE TO ANYBODY!!!! DONT GO HERE!!!!! On top of that my whole visit I had the assistant begging me to leave a "Great" review......DONT GO HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY! THATS ALL THEY CARE FOR!!!

Trash they let people sit there 30 minutes have you fill out forms just to tell you your insurance is not accepted there. I would never patron any of their locations
