After earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology at Washington State University in 1994, Dr. Bayne graduated from the top-ranked University of Washington School of Dentistry in 1998. Dr. Bayne passed the Western Regional Examining Boards, and maintained his own Private Practice for ten years before moving to Texas.
Dr. Bayne is a caring and conscientious Dentist who always keeps the needs and wants of the patient as his top priority. He tries to be as gentle as possible, and his patients always appreciate that! A top priority for Dr. Bayne is keeping up with the latest research and techniques in dentistry. He and his staff attend yearly dental continuation courses. This ensures the most current treatment options for his patients.
In 2016, Dr. Bayne earned his Fellowship Award. The AGD Fellowship Award is presented to dentists who seek to provide the highest-quality dental care by remaining current in their profession. To earn this prestigious honor, Dr. Bayne completed 500 hours of continuing dental education, passed a comprehensive written exam, and fulfilled three years of continuous membership in the AGD.

I visited Dr. Bayne for the first time in April of 2022 with a cracked tooth. They got me in right away and the level of care and concern for comfort was over the top. I have been back for a cleaning and a filling and have never had better experiences with a dental office. I don't dread the dentist no more!

Two things characterize Family Dental Care of Gainesville: one, it's the most modern dental practice I've ever encountered, utilizing the latest in dental technology. Second, you can always count on a very friendly and professional staff. I recommend this practice to anyone looking for care in Gainesville and the surrounding area.

Everyone is very friendly and fantastic. I have one problem and it is when you make a dental cleaning appt with a certain hygienist that you have used for several yrs and adore, I'd like to keep the same one or at least asked if ok to change. Not saying that the other was bad, she was great. Just like to stay with my normal one. We did mention it at or recent appt and they resolved it. Thanks. The other they need to update answering message stating closure on Monday instead of no option to leave message it just tells you wait online. But, Dr. Bayne and staff top notch!

I met this Gainesville dentist team in 2018 Just their way of doing things their kindness the respect you just don't find it like that anymore for me they're the best I don't mind driving two hours away to see him I would give him a tin star kindness respect they put you first for sure

The staff are so friendly and helpful! My hygienist, April, is superb and makes cleanings actually relaxing. Dr Bayne is also very knowledgeable and always delivers top notch care! I highly recommend Family Dental Care of Gainesville!
