No issues during my visit but wanted a second opinion after getting such an insanely high quote and plan to fix everything(that wasnt even true). Was a major struggle to get x-rays from them sent to another dentist. Called multiple times and finally got them to release them. I originally called myself and they told me it could not be done over the phone, had the 2nd dentist call and they were able to do it with me over the phone in the office... said would be done in 48 hours and never sent them. I called another 2 days later and they finally sent them. Definitely not planning to return to this place. The dentist here never once looked in my mouth during the exam. He went right off the x-rays and didn't touch a single tooth. Said I had 9 cavities and needed 2 crowns. 2nd opinion dentist was mind blown... so was I.

I absolutely love this dental office! I went through 4 other dentist before i found family dental. They gave me back my smile. They truly have the best dentist and assistants. All the staff is so kind and welcoming and they made me feel so comfortable. If you ever need a dentist office that really cares about how you feel about your teeth this is the place to come.

First time at the Crestwood location, and I will be coming back. Dr. Demetri was great. Gave me great options for whitening and Marissa cleaned my teeth to perfection.

They did a excellent job. Kept me very come while getting tooth pull. Dr.Romana and his assistant Dez, and Anna was very good. Now, I have my upper dentures, while they looked o.k. at that time. We had to wait a little for my gums to held. I went back to the dentist and told them I did like the way they look and or fit. They corrected how they fit and looked. When I got them back they looked a little off, but was way better. I guess my gums needed to heal all the way. Now, they look great. Thank you for listening and helping me to feel and look better.

Worst place to go, on both of my appt's they make me wait for aleast 1 hr, friendly place but they need more organization, not recomended
