Dr. Brian Moses was born in Lyndhurst, Ohio. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Kent State University with an associate's degree in business management and a B.S. degree in computer science, and graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine with a degree in dentistry. During his academic career, he performed volunteer dentistry in several areas, including Lisbon, OH, and Altoona, PA, as well as volunteer dentistry at the University of Pittsburgh's special needs dental clinic.
Dr. Stanley T. MecklerDr. Stanley T. Meckler attended Ohio State University undergrad and dental school, graduating in 1976 with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree. He was accepted for enrollment to dental school at age 18. He has had extensive training in orthodontics, completing the master's level under Dr. Jay Gerber, now director at the Las Vegas Institute (L.V.I). Dr. Meckler constantly takes numerous continuing education courses to learn state-of-the-art techniques and deliver exceptional patient care.
Dr. John W. Ball attended The University of Cincinnati where he earned a Bachelors of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology, and attended Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree. Dr. Ball was also president of the Pre-Med society at the University of Cincinnati and class president at Case School of Dental Medicine, and currently serves on the Alumni Board of Directors at the dental school. He has a passion for surgery, implants, crowns and bridges, which he conveys to his patients through his 'all-American' personality.

What a blessing it is to find such a Fantastic dentist, I have had problems with other dental locations but finding Dr moses and his staff was GREAT, I went in for a root canal and was scared but there staff and Dr Moses was so nice and I felt no pain at all, I highly recommend this office, There kind and affordable, They will work with you and your insurance for a wonderfull experience.

This was my second visit to this office. I am content and happy this is a professional place of business. Stephanie and Dr. Moses were nice and professional. Stephanie told me step by step what she was about to do before she did it. This made me be more relaxed. Her side chat was welcoming and she had a smile. Thank you for all your nice staff I encountered on the 7 th of Oct. your smiles made feel welcomed.

Do not get dental work done here... receptionists do not know how to do their job. I scheduled my appointment 3 weeks ago, they never sent my paperwork to insurance for my crown. I waited over an hour in the waiting room and then another hour in the chair only for them to come in and tell me I am all set to leave. I had to argue with them to get a temp filling put in they wanted to send me home with a hole in my mouth. absolutely disgusting service here

The workers here are all absolutely amazing! They are able to make things so convenient for me. And make it a one stop shop so less appointments are needed! I am horrible with names so I just want to give a a big shout out to everybody at Family Dental Care you are are amazing! Every single one of you!!! :)

Dr. Moses and his staff are wonderful! Dr. Moses is kind and compassionate and truly listens to your dental concerns. Patty and Keara work with him to make you feel so comfortable. I am the type (as most of us are) who feels such stress just being in the dental chair, so am much appreciative of their kindness. The front staff that includes Heather and her crew are also so caring. This is a super busy office and they still take the time to answer your questions. As we know insurance can always be a challenge lol, they are there to help navigate. I definitely recommend Family Dental Care for all your oral health needs.

I'm a huge baby when it comes to getting shots and any kind of doctor or dentist but everyone here has been so patience with me and all the staff and extremely nice and gentle. Best dentist I've ever been with!

I went to another dentist previous and had a small growth on my inner lip from biting. They said I would need to go to an oral surgeon. I changed to Family Dental Care and Dr. Ball. He had no problem removing it and saved me from visiting an oral surgeon. He removed it quickly and with no pain. The office staff was friendly and I would highly recommend the practice.

Was getting some teeth pulled. During exam several people were called in to come make fun of my dental situation. Got left on the table for an hour having a panic attack. Was told last second they had no gas and doctor was very rough with me. "We cater to cowards" is an absolute lie and this business is the reason people are afraid of going to the dentist.

Worst place to go they made my first dentures and messed them up now a year n half later waiting months for second and nothing. Do not waste your time with these people they are horrible at the job

I called today to schedule and appointment for my grandson's dental cleaning, new patient. When I shared that my grandson's had Medicaid/Caresource the individual on the phone, her whole attitude changed, her tone of voice... very disrespectful. I am not going to subject myself or my grandson's to that!! Whomever answers your phone is your business' first impression....

Went in to have a tooth extraction done and to have a big abscess taken care of. They only pulled the tooth and did nothing with the abscess. Dr. Moses had said that the abscess drained on it's own. I still have some of the abscess so I called to get antibiotics, like they had told me to do if something happens, and they prescribed me ones that I was allergic to which they knew about.

This dentist office is quite small and pretty crowded. my sons appointment was at 2 PM so We arrived at 1:50 in case there were papers That needed to be filled out. We proceeded to sit in the waiting room until 2:35 PM. During this time I watched the blonde front desk woman exude extremely rude behavior toward incoming patients. One woman asked that if she had any questions about the form she needed to fill out if she could ask the front desk woman, and the front desk woman proceeded to tell her that she shouldn't have any questions to come and ask her because "the sheet is self-explanatory!". I also watched her tell a gentleman and his daughter who also had a 2PM appointment that they needed to reschedule their appointment because they arrived at 2:20 PM. At this time my son and I were were still waiting so I was confused as to why she couldn't just have them sit and wait like the rest of the people who had 2 PM appointments there. Once we were at the appointment scheduling desk at the end of the appointment all she said was "Name?" In which I responded "my name or the patient's name" (my son being the patient) and she rudely responded with an attitude-like tone "the patient!" This was a very disheartening experience being that this is my son's very first dentist appointment! The rest of the staff was great but we will not ever be coming back here!!!

I cannot praise their staff enough. Everyone was extremely kind and courteous and they did a great job making me feel comfortable and prepared for my tooth extraction which was quick and painless. I will definitely be going back!
