The doctor is really good. The one star is for the office manager Rosa. She's very rude and disrespectful. When I called her out about her being wrong she got defensive and raised her voice and told me I'm being disrespectful. Never was treated that way in my life. I felt like crying but I hold it together because my son was there. Be aware of her. She's very aggressive and not professional. Unfortunately she's been working the re for many years but I think she needs a vacation so she can calm down.

This place is awesome!!! Great experience for my whole family. They are great with my children, even when I'm getting work done & my busy boy can't sit still. Latino Family Dental, wonderful staff, the best dentist for us!!!

Dr. Hernandez is truly amazing, very professional and kind! They helped with all the insurance jargon and made my experience painless, highly recommend for anyone looking for a good and inexpensive family dentist in Chula Vista!

Overall very attentive service and very kind and professional staff. Dr. Hernandez is very friendly and ensures you get the best dental work possible. I have been coming here for many years and always leave happy with my results, both health wise and cosmetically.

They are always giving out appointments then blame the computer for the error they make. Plus, they give out appointments and then cancel them. Tired of getting days off from work then their office calls me to cancel.. not worth the trip. Very disappointing PLACE
