Family Dental Care Center is the best Dental Care I ever had. They are very professional . And the staff is kind. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr B for over 10 years and never an issue . Since the move to the Oak ave location we have had nothing but problems with billing. For six months with many calls and even going in to talk to the women in billing this still hasn't been resolved. Its absurd and a simple fix but they cant seem to be able. The time it also takes to get an cleaning appointment is really out there as well. Maybe its time to look for someone else.

I've been here, and I will be visiting again. Plus I didn't know u get $10 to post a review, some one said that in the commments it must be a rumor if not; I gotta go collect my $$$ from them lol. But a nice friendly place.

I giving a 4 star because front desk needs a more friendly environment felt like a military camp.....but Kimberly (kim) desire 5 stars ...she cleaned my teeth Monday for someone who had a baby and has not been to the dentist for a while she did a awesome Job she was thorough, gentle and friendly.... can't say the same for the dentist .

They were very nice and referred me to a oral surgeon the doctor gave me Ibuprofen for a pain it's night now and I am in tears waiting for a small amount of relief and I am still praying that the antibiotic works because I have to return to work in one day

I always have a great experience at Aldan Family dental. Dr. Maria and the entire staff are so nice and make me feel so comfortable. They are so friendly and go out of their way to help you. They are the best !

Uhmm, their outgoing message claims they are open Monday through Friday 9am-5pm. Yet the page claims otherwise??? Definitely should fix that. Whether it's the page that's wrong or their voicemail.....

Called them on Thursday to make an emergency appointment the lady scheduled me for Monday the 15th at 9:15 am. I was looking forward to getting my tooth taken care of since I had been in pain from an infection all weekend... I get there at 9am to find a sign on there door that said only open Wednesday and Friday ????? Which I didn't understand and while attempting to call them I got no answer I ran into another patient of theirs outside with the same issue she's been having with this practice she made her appointment a month ago. This place is horrible people make appointments for a reason especially with a dentist and to show up and have the door locked and no answer while your in pain is just plain mean of these people they should be shut down and they took my insurance info over the phone as well so I will be contacting my insurance to make sure they didn't bill which would be fraud save your time and go see a dentist that's worth seeing!!!

Excellent service and great and welcoming staff. Patient waiting area is always clean and season temperate. The staff are always updating you on any progress or setbacks you may have made.

Family Dental Care Center in excellent. They hire the best hygienists. No pain or blood while they remove plaque and tartar by scraping in-between teeth. Dentist analyses teeth and offers best solutions if needed. It's hard finding a good dentist, I'm glad to go there.

They rescheduled appoint days before..i had an emergency. Then 5 days before rescheduled appointment they canceled completely saying Dentist left practice. A joke.

So unprofessional. Changed my urgent appointment the day before. I waited 2 1/2 weeks. I got a call today, the day before the rescheduled appointment, to tell me the new doctor doesn't take my insurance. The secretary was short and rude, as if she is the one in pain.

I have had the best experience with Family Dental. I started my Denture work in November 2020 and the final result was 5 star plus. My Doctor was 5 star plus and all the dental personnel was also 5 star plus. This also goes for the office staff who are highly professional and so accommodating. I would recommend this Dental Practice to anyone looking for high quality Dental work.
