Just went here for a cleaning as a new patient. Very pleased with my visit. Everyone was super friendly!

They have you on one chair while he works on you and others at the same time..running back and forth between rooms... greed makes you book the way they do... so there goes that one on one... if you have anxiety or do not like the dentist.. then stay AWAY from here... they do not make it easy or comfortable... they are also extremely expensive but you are not given the bill until you are already committed. We swallowed price.. (feed our kids or fix teeth) so decided to go with it but the experience does not match the price.. horrible...

Have waited a few days to process before posting this. It took me almost 6 months to be seen for a new patient appointment. I missed it because of the hurricane and they were very gracious and rescheduled for the next week. I confirmed this appointment was for a cleaning. I show up for my 1pm appointment and everything seems to go ok. I need a filling and they have time to do it immediately. I say no thank you just the cleaning today and now all the sudden they have to squeeze me in for a cleaning. 3pm comes and I am still sitting ignored waiting for a cleaning. I sit there being stared at and whispered about when employees walk by. I was asked to reschedule after I have now already missed 2 hours of work at this point. I declined and stated I just want my teeth cleaned so I can leave. As I lay there with tears in my eyes the HYGIENIST doesn't say one word to me other than a forced I'm sorry for your wait. The HYGIENIST unfortunately reeked of body odor. As she rushed through and finished she asked if I would like to make my next appointment and I again declined. I have never felt so uncomfortable. Kindness costs nothing just for the record. I've seen your previous negative reviews. I have no need to call and discuss further.

This dental facility is very nice. I have taken my daughter here the past year and I just started as a patient myself. My only complaint is they are so well known and loved, it took 8 months to get me a NEW patient appointment for myself!

Dr. Baker and the hygienist I had (I believe her name was Jeannine) went above and beyond. I came in for a tooth that has been causing some pain for the last few weeks. After my exam and X-rays we found out I had an old worn out crown. Dr. Baker said she had some time to kill between appointments and offered to cap it right then and there for me instead of coming back in a couple weeks later. I have pretty bad dental anxiety but my hygienist constantly checked up on me, gave me a blanket, and let me sit in the room with the lights off to calm down. Dr. Baker was very sweet, checked on me while she was working, and talked me through everything she was doing as she working. These two were definitely a dream team.

My appointment was at 4pm and I walking to the back at 4pm. My time is very important to me, and I've never had to wait more thank a few minutes at this office. The hygienist is always friendly, knowledgeable and gentle. Everyone in the office is friendly. Great experience.

First time patient and felt comfortable with the staff. Had to figure out insurance issues and they were very helpful. Dentist was great. Explained issues I had and options to resolve them. Great team.

Oh my God! I have great insurance and could not find an endodontist to perform a much needed root canal, because of this I went to this dentist due to good word of mouth, horrible experience, I was not properly numbed and I felt the drilling, it was awful, I had 2 other root canals performed by endodontist and didn't feel a thing...my tooth is still bothering, finally found another dentist who said the root canal was done with "improper dentistry" because per the x-ray, the roots were not fully removed, so, I have to have it done AGAIN! This time I'm traveling to see an endodontist

Gave me advice that made sense and made me feel like they cared. Worked out a plan to get my teeth fixed and me pain free.... The staff is super friendly.. at first it did not look like it but guys i promise they are nice ...

With two young kids any trip out in public is not easy but this staff was so patient and kind. I had to bring my two month old with me to my own appointment and she screamed the entire time but the staff was so calm and considerate about it, and when I brought my four year old for his first appointment let's say he was less than pleased with having to be there. Again they were very polite and understanding which anyone with young kids who have ever acted up in public knows we need more of these days. Much appreciated for the way they treated us.
