Wonderful experience! We were greeted with lots of smiles and welcoming attitudes. Everything was on time and it was an extremely professional run office. This is a great place to go for optimal teeth and gum care. We highly recommend to anyone.

It's one thing to be a little off on how much a patient will owe, but when it's double the amount, for a total of around $500, that's not a little off. My husband was told his out of pocket amount would be $250, which is what he paid at the time of service, and then sure enough we received a bill for $248.80. It's clear this office did not contact our dental insurance for pre-authorization and the out of pocket amount owed by patient before giving him an "estimate". He was pretty upset by this bill, and will not be returning. I never have this issue at my dental office, nor should patients being seen at this office. You can do better!

My first time here exam went amazing The Staff was very friendly & professional ! X-rays were better than I've had elsewhere and the cleaning was good. I would recommend this dental office my visit was nice ! Close to home They made everything simple and easy and fun

We just took our daughter today and as a new patient our experience was awesome! The clinic is clean and organized. Front desk was very helpful and very welcoming! Our dental assistant was doing a great job! You can tell that she loves her job and care for her patients. It's hard to find people like that! She's a pro! And the dentist was very friendly & knowledgeable. They're all professional! I want to say Thank you! We'll come back!

Jillian and the staff have been great to me. I hadn't been to a dentist in quite some time and was a little worried. But they have been gentle which I think is very important when it comes to oral care. They are all very friendly and genuinely seem to want to help.

I just so happen to find Dr. Cooper and I'm in dental heaven ! The front office staff are amazing and so sweet. Dr.Cooper made sure that I was very informed with my treatment plan, he even called after just to check on me ! I have never had a dentist personally call me about well being. Thank you so much Jenn

I had a wonderful experience today for the first time going to The Family Dental at Dublin Heights. I called because my mother broke her tooth they got her in right away......From the front desk to the room where my mother was then placed to get X-rays, and waiting to see the Doctor....Dr. Cooper and all of his Staff was so awesome, and helpful if I could give a rating of a 1000 or more I would Thank You all so much for the wonderful care my Mother received today you guys are the best!!!!!

My first visit at Family Dental was wonderful. The entire team from the very beginning were kind, the dental assistant was very knowledgeable and informative. The whole staff made sure I knew what was being performed, why it was, and if I was comfortable. I have pretty severe dental anxiety and I highly recommend this place.

Too much shuffling of staff, would love to see some consistency especially with the Dr's. It seems that there is not much communication with the staff and appointments because this is the second time having to explain what I am in the office for which shouldn't be my job. And yes I have called you and explained the situation so don't tell me to call you and speak to you about this.

Family Dental at Dublin is amazing! Every single staff person is kind, knowledgeable and always friendly. The doctors are both professional and personable. It is a great place to take care of your teeth!
